Not up to the normal standards as I never received an email to say my order was ready for pickup from the store not good enough. I had to ring up the store to find out if it had arrived after waiting 10 days after dispatched

What a lovely warm welcome from Chloe…
What a lovely warm welcome from Chloe the excellent assistant in the lakeside store. The minute we walked in , she was so efficient. We had ordered 2 pairs of trousers to check fit. She presented them to us, showing my husband to the fitting room. Whilst he tried on a few pairs of trousers, she dealt with the return.
I am sure we will be going back there soon.
