I ordered two sizes of Trousers, and they were delivered quickly and of good quality. I returned 2 pairs to the Cotton Traders outlet store at Lakeside Doncaster. The refund paperwork was completed quickly, and the refund was paid quickly into my credit account.

Thank you Chloe and Carol for a fun shopping experience, today! We just popped in to browse, but it was these two fantastic people and their warm welcome that encouraged us to stay and we actually found some real bargains!
The store was spotless and so well presented, with lots of stock on display. The ladies told us about the offers that were on and all the ways we could get what we needed. Honestly, their humour and approachability was refreshing and we'll certainly be back because of it!

I saw a jumper in Cotton Traders Doncaster store and knew it would be lovely for my son. Unfortunatly they did not have the correct size but the assistant offered to see if it could be ordered....it could. When it arrived it was lovely, and the correct fit, so Thankyou Cotton Traders for your great service.

Called in today at Lakeside, Doncaster to collect a delivery. Regularly order online or use this store personally. New staff on duty there today & I got my delivery, but was REALLY pestered by staff member (Diane) to browse & check if I wanted to buy anything else 2/3 times! I don't like being pestered & it's never happened before with their regular staff. Will think twice before going again. Pity, 'cos good company.

It took 6 weeks to get the order even then only part delivered with no date as to the rest
Queried delay several times but a robot kept saying your order is being processed. It clearly wasn't
When went to shop to collect staff dismissive abd could not find the order till encouraged to check again. When they found it.
This item.to be returned but you want to charge 3.25 fir the privilege the other part should it ever turn up will be returned another 3.25
Never use you again poor service shame on you
