Items very good value but let down by click and collect service.Took 15 days to be notified items were ready for collection although store had them in 7 days after order.The staff luckily check and send emails to notify you items are ready I cannot fault the store staff who were efficient and pleasant.

I ordered online. It was easy and delivery was reasonably quick. I had to return one item due to tight fit but other items were ok.
Assistant in shop was very helpful and handled my refund swiftly.

Good process information. A company making the effort.
4 stars is slightly on the generous side but your on site ordering and dispatch works well. There seemed to be a hiccup during the delivery and this took longer than expected. I would liked to have notification of receipt of my return and approximate date of refund. That being said had I kept both items I would have been relatively pleased with the service.

Good quality top
It's very easy to finditems on the Cotton Trader website. They have a variety of women and mens clothing as well as household items. I ordered and received very quickly a top which is well made with good quality fabrics. It hangs well and looks nice. My delivery was packaged well and arrived quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

My order was delivered on time but unfortunately was too big. I returned it on the same day, I couldn’t re-order because it was out of stock in the size I required. I haven’t heard anything from Cotton Traders or received any refund. It’s over a week.
