Trainers were a good fit, colour and style just as expected. Unfortunately the soles are rather thin and have had to buy extra insoles to make them more comfortable when walking. Otherwise a good buy.

Goods are good quality, useful and durable. Parcel delivered quickly at a click and collect location.

Items ordered online a little slow to arrive in local store, but on the whole a very good experience. Store staff very friendly and efficient. Goods ordered were up to expectations.

Definitely NOT disappointed with customer service as Darren couldn’t have been more helpful and I LOVE Cotton Traders clothes. The 3 stars, however were for the QUALITY of this particular item which, when washed,to the EXACT instructions given on the label, shrank approximately 2” in length of both body and sleeves. I have bought two of these identical items because I love them so much but will now, sadly, have to return again. Chatting to another lady in the queue, she said that she had had the same thing happen but didn’t think it worth returning!

Picked up our order at The Valley store, Evesham. Very pleasant and efficient lady took care of us and we also bought ourselves a pair of wellies each - just the job for dog walking in this weather! Delighted with our click and collect items.

What makes it easy to return anything that does not come up to expectations or fit, there is no quibble and because we have a store half a mile away, it makes it an easy return. I like the way Ervi keeps you informed every step of the way to delivery, to the easy look through online clothes brochure, through to the helpfulness and politeness of the shop assistants.

Very busy day for the staff but my collection was handled promptly and efficiently.

I ordered items online and was very happy with speed of delivery. Also, I needed to return one item as it was not quite the right size and the whole process was very easy. Meaning that I have no hesitation in ordering online from Cotton Traders again because returning is easy. The quality of the clothing was excellent.

Very pleased with all the service from the shop and online ,my order was delivered to shop and it was to small reordered in next size I up from shop and returned the smaller one , my refund was given the next day very quick and again good service from shop
