I had to twice return items bought online (not available in local Cotton Traders shops) but which in each case were far too large. The return was dealt with efficiently and the charming and very helpful assistant advised me that she could order a smaller size for me to be delivered to my home address without incurring a delivery charge. I agreed and the item was quickly delivered to my home free of p&p.

Prompt return payments and customer service on line and in an outlet.
Most clothing I have had is good quality and sizing. Unfortunately my last purchase, a dress was very low cut and unsuitable. Staff in the outlet very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Go to company for my husband's trousers. Great fit, great prices and right leg length!!

Love Cotton Traders stuff, quality gear, lasts for ever (I still have shirts I ordered in 2019).

Easy, no fuss pickup, and ease of changing item for another because the missus hated the colour.

Didnt have to wait for a parcel delivery was informed by the shop when to pick up the item made delivery easier.

I was really delighted with the summer sandals bought in the sale. The trousers were very short in body length and didn’t fit well. Luckily there is a Cotton Traders store near where I live so it was easy to return them there and get a refund. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and were happy to help. They offer fantastic customer service there, I visit the store from time to time to see what’s new.

Good quality product at a good price.

I’d like to think that Cotton Traders have acted on my feedback haha, but most likely, it is looking at trends for people my age (60+) and seeing how they can adjust their offerings to appeal!
Bringing in Jasmine Harman from APITS and Alex Jones who both look very elegant yet fashionable to choose their ranges was a great idea.
I have gone mad ordering their straight leg pull on jeans which are so comfortable but look great (you’d never know they had an elasticated waistband). Getting hold of their fleece lined waterproof short coat in Pecan (dog tooth design) was a nightmare. I eventually managed to get one in a size 12 which was probably a return, by logging on to their website every day……. it was modelled in the brochure by Alex and it flew out of their warehouse, especially when they put it on sale - the original price point was probably a little too high? Really recommend to Cotton Traders they bring out a similar version next autumn as there’s nothing else out there that’s similar. I’m normally a 14 - and currently a 16 due to being put on high dose steroids - fortunately, CT cut on the larger side so can just about fit into the size 12 in the coat at least!
The lady who works at the CT in Hilliers, Horsham is absolutely lovely.

Ordered a coat and a pair of trousers and collected them in store. They arrived within a few days. Both perfect fit and good quality.

All the time i have ordered from this company, i havent had no problem from ordering and receiving my parcels,,, the quality is great,,, fit is great with been tall, thats in body and lenght,,all products wear well too, im still wearing my jumpers and trouses from yrs ago,, thank you cottontraders, 😊👍. 10/10

The convenience of ordering from a shop with such friendly and helpful staff

My order arrived promptly at our local shop for collection. The rugby shirt I ordered was good quality and colours were good. Sizing was appropriate and correct. As I had spent over a certain amount I was eligible for free gift which was really good and good quality.

When I am in the area I always take a look in Cotton Traders. They are an excellent place to buy dog walking clothes. Can always find something comfortable and warm to wear.
The staff are always helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Delivery just a little longer than normal but kept updated and served in shop by the usual friendly and helpful staff.
