I had ordered 4 pair's of trousers 👖 when they arrived to long , went to the shop in dobby and the staff were great made me at ease because I had ordered wrong size and I was a bit worried about taking them back to the shop ..

I loved the fit and colour of these trousers...until I started to move round...and they started to slip down. The waist elastic was tight enough & I'm not overweight & had the correct size.
I assume it's because of the material, which, being corduroy, tends to "stick" to your clothing.
Sadly, had to return them.
Staff were helpful and refunded me immediately.

It was nice to pick up my order using click and collect from Dobbies. Although I was charged deliver.

Great to be able to order items and pick up from the nearest store as able to try on any garments and if neccessary return immediatly and staff are always very helpful

Very slow delivery to pick up point but rapid response at the shop when it was clear that the product was too small.

The garment I bought was really nice and very good quality, just slightly large for me. I bought it online and the service was very efficient and my parcel arrived quickly. I returned the jacket to my local Cotton Traders shop where the staff were super helpful and I received a refund amazingly quickly. Altogether an excellent hassel free shopping experience.

Happy with goods ordered. My problem is with courier, I watched from my window as he took my parcels to neighbours main door house, he didn't even attempt access to my property, probably couldn't be bothered climbing 2 flights of stairs. Not fair on my neighbour, will probably try ordering again but will stop if courier is not willing to deliver directly to me.

Quick pickup from Local Store but still charging a fee

Fran Jersey Knee-Length Swing Dress

I bought this dress online for my sister's birthday and picked the size following the size chart guide. Unfortunately the dress was far to big about three sizes to big. The dress is lovely as is the fabric. The return and refund was made at my local store where the staff were great and very helpful.
