Good quality, comfortable at a good price
I have used cotton traders for over 30 years but after losing some weight and needed some more shorts I searched through various shops and outlets but wasn’t satisfied. Did what I should have done in the first place and went back to Cotton Traders. Slight gamble on the sizes but fortunately got it right and very happy with the results. Top quality, good looking, comfortable shorts, delivered on time at a good price. Should have known better than to waste time trying elsewhere.

The short pull on pants I ordered, were supposed to be a 27 leg. Unfortunately they were very long indeed for a 27 what I normally am. Please do a shorter leg. Eg. A 25 leg. Thankyou. Otherwise they would have been o.k..

Ordered an item online which stated it…
Ordered an item online which stated it was available. Then had an email to say it was now out of stock. My money was refunded. As I needed the item I had to reorder it in a different colour but I again had to pay for postage which I had already done in my first order.
This situation was not my fault as the item was supposed to be available. Why should I have to do this?

Poor sizing of products compared to similar brands. Sizing guide should be clearer.
Charging for returns for products in wrong sizes that then have to be reordered is not unfair market practice.
Would not use again.

White skirt
Bought white skirt. Lovely fit at waist and hips. Wish it was petit as a little too long so has to be shortened. As always, delivery was great. Added bonus was a travel and make up bag for free; as lemon style was out of stock it was replaced with a woodland pattern which I preferred.

Excellent delivery service within a few days at a delivery charge for £3.99. Cotton Traders offers wide range of nice clothes to choose from.
Unfortunately I have to return all 3 garments in which they weren't suitable for me at a return charge of £2.95 via Evri or £3.25 if Royal Mail (deducted from the refund)
Awaiting for the refund in a few working days as advised.
