Always great clothing that stand the test of time and always look good

Normally great but with my last order instead of a T-shirt there was a pair of large trousers! I have returned them and await the goods I ordered.

The sizing is very small. I ordered a 16 more like a 12

Shoes are too big. I am confused with return process.

Nice clothes which fit well and wear well. I wish returns were a bit cheaper and also the exchanges telephone line is very expensive.

After I ordered my waterproof trousers they arrived a few day's later, which was good. Unfortunately, they were too long so I had to return them, which was straightforward and easy. My only problem was when I went to order the shorter length, they were sold out.

Chose 3 items from the Seaglass collection. One blouse was way too big. The brown blouse with metalwork was of such poor quality the material was see through. I did not care for the design of the wide leg trousers. All items returned.

Picked out what I wanted and received it very quickly good customer service great price thank you cotton traders.

Happy with the tops I have purchased very recently, apart from the length of the garments. I have size 8, but they are so long. Not sure how I can shorten them as they are slightly streachy and I no longer have a machine.

i paid for a next day delivery So that my parcel would be with me to take away on holiday . There was amix up and it did not arrive until four days later This is the second time this has happened to me I have been a customer of cottontraders for a long time and am a fan of your clothes but it is very expensive and also very disappointing to pay for a service that I did not get i think you should shake up your delivery company

I bought cotton sheets, which were lovely. We liked them so much I sent for a second set, the delivery of the second set was mishandled by Evri. Cotton Traders were very helpful in sorting this situation out, as they could see from the delivery drivers information that he had not delivered to our address, in fact it wasn't clear where the delivery was supposed to be.

The items arrived well before time.
The quality is good.
Would like to see more printed options in varied colours.

The dress is lovely. However, I ordered it in two sizes and returned one over a week ago and have not even received an acknowledgement that it has been received, let alone a refund. I returned items from another retailer at the same time and have already received a refund so I don't believe it hasn't been received. Really not good enough service
