Sadly both sets of trousers wete unsuitable
Both had pleated front which made things look really puffrd up and unsuitable.
Also, I have always bern a 29 inside leg which these were. They were 2 "s too long. I now need a 27 inside leg.
Have I shrunk I don't think so? Could yoi explain please.

Good service, except as emails come from different email addresses, my shop delivery notification was missed as was caught up in my many spam emails. Apart from that great service on collection at Ross Store.

Quick delivery to store
Delivery to store for pick up was far quicker than I expected. I shop for everyday trousers because a shorter length leg option is available a decent selection of styles. I find the other clothing options rather old fashioned and frumpy but 4 stars because ordering was easy online and delivery to store was timely.

Unfortunately the colour of the trousers I had ordered wasn't what I wanted. They were a very green colour and I had been hoping more of a blue green. The staff at Labels Ross on Wye were most helpful (as usual) and refunding my purchase money wasn’t a problem and was kindly done.

I have used your outlet at Labels
I have used your outlet at Labels, Ross on Wye many times but the visit to the store on the 16 Dec. was sh ort of the standards that I have come to expect. My wife and I were there for sometime as she was trying on different waterproof coats,not once did a member of staff come to see if they could help, we went away and came back later and got a coat my wife liked and I decide to try on a coat, as I am disabled it can be a bit awkward taking of jackets and putting on a new garment, in the end I decided against buying one. What were the staff doing all the time that we were in your store, TALKING. there were other customers there and they were being ignored the the same as we had been and were walking away for lack of help.
