A really good experience
I had to return one item because it was far too big. I returned it to my nearby Cotton Traders Store in Southampton. It was so easy and the member of staff who dealt with me was so efficient and pleasant. In fact I returned one item, a pair of trousers, and my husband bought three pairs of trousers for himself whilst he was there.

The very helpful and cheerful staff at the store in Hilliers Garden Centre, Botley, are a real asset. The wide legged, cropped jeans I collected from there are such great quality and fit that I have ordered another pair in a different colour. It's a shame they aren't stocked in store but I appreciate they can't hold all lines that are in the catalogue.

I ordered some goods and was told I would receive an email when they were ready to collect. I received an email informing me they were at the shop and when I didn't collect them straight away somebody rang to say how long they would keep them before sending them back. This is really good service.
The goods were as described and fitted a treat!
