The denim shorts took a long time to come.
They were mid thigh on me despite the photo on the model.
The fabric was soft and comfortable but the shorts, just not for me.

The cardigans are of excellent quality. The colours are lovely and price unbeatable.

Excellent fit and very comfortable but a bit pricey

The other reviewers were right - the trousers are really great. They exceeded my expectation. The only slight niggle is that they do not have a 30" length so I bought 31 and will have to take them up.

Cotton traders are brilliant, clothing always top notch however your delivery company leads a lot to be desired. My recent order CT13271997 was supposedly dispatched and delivered, the courier even provided a picture of it being delivered and a time, date but the picture provided didn't show the door number or the person receiving it, upon questioning this as I had not received it. I was then told it was stuck in the depot. I eventually received it but it does not feel me with confidence for future orders I may place.

Still not received my order from several weeks ago. Told that another one was being sent. Heard nothing more. Received nothing. Totally fed up with Cotton traders. Would like my money back so I can purchase elsewhere.

Great customer service. The free gift with my last order (Travel bag and wash bag set) was missing the wash bag. Customer Service responded quickly, and sent the missing item immediately. This was in sharp contrast to other suppliers who require you to send the original incomplete set back before supplying a complete replacement! Full marks!!

The rest of the order was exactly what I have come to expect from Cotton Traders - good quality and sizing, and reasonably priced.

I ordered online which was very straightforward.
I collected in store partly because this was free. But also so that I could try on different sizes or styles if the ones I ordered didn't fit.
It did take a little longer than I thought to arrive in store and having arrived in 2 different parcels on different days the 2 had not been linked in store as the assistant said they would usually have been.
The waterproof coat was very roomy. But when I tried the next size down it was too small.
The trainers looked very good quality and fitted well

I am very pleased with my order the cropped trousers are good quality also good value for money I can recommend them to anyone.

They were efficient at replacing a faulty item. Refunds for returned goods are prompt. I buy most of my clothes from Cotton Traders and have done for years. Recently however I've found the available colours don't suit me as well as they used to, so my choice is more limited.

Easy to navigate website and clothing reasonably priced. The T Shirts came in lots of colour options and the sizes were correct. I ordered xlarge and wasent disappointed. I like the material which is light and breathable plus the colours were varied pastels and cool for Summer. Overall good purchase
