Quality goods, prompt service
A long time (and frequent!) customer of Cotton Traders, I must admit a little concern when they had a ‘wobble’ a couple of years ago with deliveries. However I am delighted to see them bounce back, with prompt delivery of quality goods once more. Exchange/refunds returns are resolved within days. A very happy customer!

Poor customer contact
Ordered 2 different types of male shorts, both excellent quality and value, however 1 had to be returned as unsuitable. Still no refund or indication my goods have got back. Poor customer service, I’m sure I’ll get my refund however contact and information is zero, so not sure I will return

Disappointed
I was genuinely disappointed as i have shopped with Cotton Traders for a very long time and I have always been satisfied with my purchases,however the jeans I received from the warehouse or where ever, were not the same as the ones I tried on in the store.
The waistband was totally different and the colour of the jeans in store were pink the ones I received were salmon pink.
They fitted me so i have decided to keep them.

Slow to refund
Further to my review about incorrect product description 26 June. As at 11 July I’ve not received a refund, by my calculations £44.80. No P&P applicable as I wouldn’t have ordered had description been correct. Goods were returned 27 June. EVRI state received by CT 3 July.
Any chance the refund could be processed on Monday 13th please?

Perfect match …
I purchased a sweater in your sale and it fits perfectly. Real bargain. I also purchased a pink polo shirt which is a lovely colour, goes well with the sweater but wished I had got a smaller size. Didn’t realise unisex medium is female size 14/16. Never mind will know in future to get small.
