The 1 star is not for the customer…
The 1 star is not for the customer service from CT which deserves a 5, but for Evri the delivery service used. I never received the coat I ordered somehow it was classed as a missing parcel…? Really?? Having received a message from Evri to say they had received it from CT I am left wondering just where it disappeared to. I will certainly be very wary of using Cotton Traders again if this is the only method of delivery used. Extremely disappointed as the coat is now out of stock so I had to settle for a refund.

Cotton Traders over the years
Years ago I used to use Cotton Traders from their catalogues but just fell out of using them. Recently walking past a Cotton Traders shop I popped in to take a look and found great staff in the two different stores I've been in recently. Friendly and nothing too much trouble, great.
The garments were good quality, fashionable and sensibly priced and I'm a regular shopper at Cotton Traders shops and online again.
