Huge disappointment
The font is not centred and the quality of the colours is dreadful I cannot use them £20 wasted I am hopeful that they can offer a replacement not holding my breath after reading other reviews. Huge disappointment.

Absolute rubbish do not go near this company. Incapable of providing a quality service. Ink was faded into a blue was meant to be black. The. They then said we were ‘being sour’. Would not provide a refund. DO NOT USE AT ALL

Sent me printed rather than woven labels
I ordered woven labels with my design on and asked for a border. Instead I received a jersey cheap looking printed design with the boxer I asked for. I am still arguing it out with them and because they are basically saying black is white. I am now going to PayPal hopefully they can help me

CottonTrends NZ - Warning!
This is not a NZ company but based in the Netherlands. I waited for over six weeks for the goods to arrive and only after numerous emails and the threat of reporting them to my bank did my labels finally arrive. They are shabby and unusable. I have reported this company to NZ Netsafe but there is little that can be done as they are based overseas. Avoid this company at all cost, they are a ripoff!

Do not waste your money
I have ordered from them prior to getting my logo professionally designed the first batch was basic and ok the second batch had my professional logo the printing was terrible and barely readable! When I contacting them they immediately reprinted them within 24hrs I replied and said I wasn't interested in a reprint and then received an email saying oops sorry they have already been sent which is so unprofessional!!! Do not waste your money! Mailing also takes ages as they aren't in australia!

Keep away from that company!!!!!
I ordered two times and I dident received any of my orders.
In occasion to that I wrote the service team and they said that I should wait 2 weeks. And first after 2weeks I should write again, so they will send my order again.
I did waited. But also after two weeks I dident received any package from cottontrends. So I wrote the company in hope that they will send my order again. -think that I wrote 10 times but never got an answer :-(.
I wrote the german service. And I wrote the danish service -but they never answered me.
So I payed 2 times for nothing.
So the only advice I can give u: Keep away from this company!
Do not place any orders in this webshop. They will cheat you

Bad bad webshop
I ordered an article from their shop. They immediately charged my account for the money EUR 71.
I never received my article. After 3 weeks I asked them to cancel the order and return the money. They never did. I am still trying to get back the money without result.
So I payed EUR 71 for nothing but a lot of trouble.
Do not place any orders in this webshop. They will cheat you. They are not trustworthy.
