Really easy to use! Pricing was really clear and great choice of destinations

The booking procedure was very straightforward. Confirmation of the booking was very quick and we look forward to our stay in Harrogate.

The website is very easy to use and they very quickly confirmed the booking once the hotel had accepted the booking. Looking forward to our holiday!

I booked a two night break at the Belsfield hotel, lake Windermere through this company. All was well until I received an ‘we are looking forward to you visit’ email from the hotel advising that there is a £15 per day charge for car parking. This is something not made clear on the CHB website. I rand them and was told by the operator that she thought it was on the website but she had not been charged on a recent stay there.
It then took her several minutes to find the parking information in the ‘good to know’ section within facilities, not listed under facilities
The price is advised as including taxes and service fees
Ergo it is very easy to miss. Any additional cost like that should be advised very clearly at the time of booking.
I was not impressed with the customer service I received when I called CBH, no actual help with the issue, just ‘i will pass it on to the sales team, you could take it up with the hotel’

Zero compassion and corporate, money-grabbing responses. I suffered a serious health issue and was signed off for 5 months until just recently, I realised I was a mere 4 days past the expiry date of my voucher and contacted them to explain the situation. Absolutely no interest in being understanding or showing a human side to their customer service - complete 'computer says no' responses. An ugly way to do business in my view. I will never, ever use this company or their related brands again.

The website was easy both to navigate and use. In particular the booking review prior to completing was very useful.

Easy to follow. Better deal than booking.com. V friendly helpful staff when I called with a query.

The ease off use of the website, but it would be useful if the the premiums for a weekend booking were up front. Another suggestion would be to show some of the latest evening menus at each different venue, even though these may be out of date, but give a general idea of the styles of food they produce and pricing.

We only visited Country Hotel Breaks as the quality and variety of hotels provided us with more hotel options than we could have imagined. The map search function was particularly helpful to narrow down specific hotel locations. The information given on each hotel, along with photos and reviews, made it really easy to make a final choice.

Checking reservation availability was almost instant and our booking took a matter of minutes from start to finish.
