Excellent service. Came out within a few hours to sort out a faulty cable.

After having to deal with BT's incompetence and trying to engage with OpenReach, it was a delight to find Countryside Connections.

Morgan and Rachael were both excellent.

With BT I had 6mb down and 0.5 upload.
I now have over 100mb down load and 30 up.
Much better.

Excellent service as always with these guys from getting the grant to installing the new broadband antennae etc. Friendly service, always happy to help and at the end of an email or message to solve any issues! This now means I have access to 5G and 50 - 100MB which is unreal as we are so rural! Would totally recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks again!

Great fuss free installation of cameras for our sheep shed. We had a few issues with the IT and our dodgy internet but Morgan got it all sorted and was very helpful - even ringing me out of hours to help. Made lambing time much easier when we can watch on screen or phone at night and only disturb ewes if they need any help.

Countryside Connections have recently improved the internet speed at my rural property. The installation of new equipment was executed very efficiently. Morgan's knowledge of the local area and his extensive customer base has been a huge advantage to me. With limited options available for broadband, I am very pleased to have been able to support a small, local family business who have set about providing a solution to the broadband problem in this area at a fair and reasonable price.

Country side Connections are able to do this for us with their well organised reliable business .Morgan with his efficient assistant Rachael soon tidyied up the existing wiring and simplified the set up for us .

We have a remote barn conversion blighted by poor WiFi coverage through various parts of the property. Morgan and his team solved the problem by upgrading the system, tidying up the existing wiring; significantly improving the speed and coverage. Because we ended up using less of the hardware they readjusted the quote, making the invoice even less than originally agreed. I’d highly recommend Countryside Connections if you’ve put up with poor WiFi or Broadband and Networking and need someone who will help you when standard options are not available.

I am very pleased with the installation. It works perfectly. Morgan, the specialist installer, is very helpful, very skilled, and brilliant at finding ways through difficult challenges. His office manager, Rachael is similarly helpful and superbly organised. The project was completed on time and at the estimate's price. Could not recommend more highly.

Rachael and Morgan make a great team and they are always available to assist. They recently upgraded our wifi to a 5G antennae and our speeds are excellent and we are able to work from home efficiently. We would highly recommend them if you are having internet problems!!

Great data speeds (I get 70+ Mbs) and plenty of friendly and efficient personal service. No more call centres and random bill errors that prove impossible to resolve. Take back control!
