The company was fast and efficient with our enquiry. Morgan who did our installation was very professional, efficient and helpful with the information about the system. Morgan went beyond his remit for the job, sorting out other cables at the same time. I highly recommend the company and Morgan.

Morgan has greatly improved the Wii Fii speed at our house. We live in an area with bad reception and getting on-line was slow and frustrating. Some days I had to go into town to read emails.
Since Countryside Connections installed a 5g antenna we now have fast connection speeds.
We are very pleased with the service provided and the help with the accessing grant for proportion of the work. Rachael in the office guided us through making the grant application and making the claim.

Countryside Connections is a great local broadband service, able to reach local areas struggling to get single from the bigger providers, giving fabulous customer service, which is very responsive to any issues experienced in broadband supply, fixing any problem quickly. Also has best environmental credentials over other providers especially satellite service providers.

Responded very quickly to our enquiry and kept us informed throughout the whole process of having Starlink installed. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and explained things in simple terms. They went above and beyond to help us, as we are not really tech savvy. Would have no doubts in recommending the Company.

I have known Morgan for a number of years. When our 3G contract ran out about 12 months ago, we asked Morgan to do a site survey and he very quickly provided us with the best and most reliable connection we've had so far, surpassing BT, EE and Three. I really don't know what we would have done without him. He is utterly reliable and committed and in addition a very likable person.

After many years of a broadband connection between 0.4 and 1.4 mbps and constant telephone calls to various broadband suppliers, I by chance, following a visit to the EE shop, found out about the Broadband Grant Scheme by gov.wales and the installers Contryside-Connections.
Absolutely fantastic speeds now, with no buffering etc. The whole process was very quick and hassle free. I had initial reservations, assuming that dealing with the government would not be a simple process. However it was plain and simple and Rachael at Countryside-Connections was always on hand to explain everything. The monthly contract for Broadband is with EE and is no more expensive than broadband with any supplier, in fact cheaper for me, because there was a discount, as I was already a customer with EE. The guys that came out to carry out the initial assessment and then the installation were all very knowledgeable and professional at all times. Highly recommend and would say to anybody, if you think it is going to be hard work or a hassle, well it really is not.

We have had problems with internet/wi fi for years due to old house with three foot walls. Many have tried and failed to improve things. Morgan has finally fixed it. Fast speeds everywhere and a whole heap neater. Now we have Wi fi outdoors to talk to solar panels to replace crazy miles of cables installed by solar company! So happy! Morgan is knowledgeable, reliable, efficient and the equipment he installs does what he promises. I highly recommend his company.

Just had Morgan here to install my new system. Very helpful and friendly. Gone from 4Mb/s too just over 100Mb/s. Very happy. No more lost internet connection due to Openreach.
