Sent in my diamond back binoculars on Tuesday hoping for them to get fixed as the harness strap lug snapped off got a very fast email off Eddie from country sports saying they where unable to fix but he’s sending a new pair out ASAP, absolutely amazing effort and customer service very happy thanks guys

Sent my scope in under vortex warranty. These guys are amazing! Super fast went beyond expectations.

I contacted Vortex to see if my Fury 10x42 binoculars could be repaired as the outside material was crumbling away. Within 2 working days I was contacted by Vortex to return my binoculars to their warehouse in Baldock. Within a few days they contacted me to say that they were unable to refurbish them but the would replace them with latest Fury. The next day the new binoculars arrived. I was delighted with the binoculars, their excellent service, helpful advice and in particular the speed with which they responded. Excellent.

I am a French customer and when I contacted the after-sales service for my Sparc Solar red dot, Vortex immediately sent a spare part without discussion! They are super efficient and fast I am impressed! I am proud to use the Vortex brand, for the quality of the material and the support of the team. I will stay at Vortex!

I returned my Vortex rifle scope to the Vortex retainer at the Northern shooting show on Saturday due to a fault with the illumination switch for the reticule.
I was told that it would be looked and if it could not be repaired I would receive a new upgraded scope.
Today I received an email telling me a new replacement scope was on its way and should arrive tomorrow.
Thais what I call brilliant after sale service, I’ve had my old scope 10 years! Brilliant, thank you very much for all your help!

Had a most pleasant customer service experience. Had a broken item, got it solved quite quickly and I was informed very well in every step of the progress. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Asked via email for same spare parts, the day after my request the spares were shipped to me free of charge (!!!). Just great support.

I was sceptical about the lifetime warranty on my Vortex binoculars, given that they were manufactured in China, sold by a US company and purchased in England. I needn’t have worried…..having established that CSW were the UK agents and spoken with Eddie, the process was so easy. Mailed them to him on Friday afternoon and received them back repaired the following Tuesday. I was kept informed of progress the whole time by email. Other companies could learn from customer service as good as this!

Both representatives at Vortex, Martin and Eddie, were incredibly helpful with my query and worked above and beyond to resolve my issue.

I had a perceived issue with a Vortex Venom Red Dot sight. After some dialogue with the supplier CSW suggested I send it back to them to have a look at.
they inspected and tested it almost the day it arrived with them and found a slight issue with the amount of elevation available. I had an upcoming competition so the sight was replaced and posted back the same day it was tested.
Absolutely amazing service. Part of the reason I bought a Vortex was the bomb proof warranty and CSW and Vortex have delivered. This is what sets companies apart in a crowded market and will now mean that when I replace my other two scopes this year, Vortex will be the first manufacturer I check out.

I highly recommend Vortex and their amazing customer service. I recently had an eyepiece break on my binos and contacted their warranty department.
Within a couple of days we found a custom solution and they took care of everything including the international shipping to my house address in Denmark.
Big thanks to Vortex as a whole and especially their UK warranty department.

I had a problem with my Vortex Fury HD 5000 Binoculars and was fortunate enough to speak to Eddie Price from CSW at the Stalking Show, he advised me to ship them to him and he would sort them out. I shipped on the Monday and had them back in my hands by the following Saturday, all sorted and ready for stalking on Monday. Nice people at CSW, very helpful and a fast professional service.

Had a broken Vortex red dot which was sent out yesterday. Had an email off Eddie at the Warranty service that cover Vortex. No hidden strings attached. Sent out a new one in the post. Cannot ask for anything else. Great warranty, great customer service. Anything I buy will now be from these lovely people.
