I returned my Vortex scope as it appeared I had a wandering zero.
They received my scope on Tuesday, on the Thursday of the same week had a reply from Eddie to say although it appeared to be ok on the test, when mounted to test rings it did indeed wander.
Eddie said this could be due to over tightening of the rings at possibly some point.
Vortex agreed to replace my scope via the Vortex promise & the guarantee.
From start to finish I was kept informed by Eddie and Chris absolutely first class service, thank you!

Great service, my Vortex Stokes DLS-0842 binos have had new adjustable eye caps fitted and serviced all under the lifetime warranty.

Outstanding service. Sent my pair of Vortex LRF binoculars in for the eye cup to be looked at for repair. Got an email from them shortly after the binos arrived. A few days later, email saying they had been repaired and would be delivered back to me. Eyecups were serviced and the broken bits replaced, binos had been given a clean (feel so bad about the state I sent them now) and I'm back in the field in less than a week. Exceptionally personable emails as well, these guys do an amazing job. Thank you for restoring faith in humanity and a great job.

Sent a monocular away for a repair under the Vortex VIP warranty and what fantastic service from CSW. I was kept fully informed as to what the repair involved and advised as to when it would be returned.

I bought a pair of vortex binoculars maybe 25 years ago and one eye cup needed to be replaced. I knew when I bought them that they were guaranteed for life but I was rather sceptical.
But the service was exemplary. They didn't just replace the eye cup but sent me a brand new pair, as there was some dirt or dust inside that was inaccessible and could not be removed.
The messages I got from them were polite yet personable.

I sent my Vortex Diamondback 10x42 binoculars to CSW after one of the eyepieces became loose and I cross-threaded it trying to fix it. They not only repaired the eyepiece but also gave them a complete service such that they look brand new- in fact I thought they were new replacements. All completed in double quick time and FOC. Amazing service, especially for today!

Had an issue with a broken O-ring on my Vortex scope.
Emailed Sunday evening, had a response on Monday morning, replacement parts were on my doorstep Tuesday with spares! Can't say any fairer than that! Don't know another wholesaler that has rectified the issue so swiftly! Definitely a big thumbs up and plus for Country Sports and Vortex Optics!

I contacted customer support regarding an issue with my Vortex Viper HD 20–60×85 spotting scope, and I truly couldn’t have asked for better assistance.

Eddie supported me throughout the entire process, helping me organise the shipment from Italy to the United Kingdom and guiding me carefully through each step. Sending such a valuable and personally important piece of equipment abroad can be quite stressful, but Eddie’s professionalism, patience and kindness made the whole experience remarkably smooth and reassuring.

He answered every question promptly and clearly, and at no point did I feel uncomfortable or uncertain about the process. It is rare to encounter such attentive and thoughtful customer service.

The spotting scope has now returned in excellent condition, the repair is impeccable, and everything works perfectly again. I am genuinely grateful for the care and attention that was given both to me as a customer and to my equipment.

Warranties department are a 10 out of 10. Replaced our broken binoculars without a fuss. Sent us new ones as soon as they could and well within the 4-6 weeks period they said it would take. Very happy and highly recommend. Eddie kept us up to date with what was happening and we really appreciated it.

I sent my Vortex scope back for warranty issues due to focus problems. Shipped it on Monday, received an email Tuesday afternoon confirming it was inspected and that I would get it back the next day. The service from Eddie and his team was outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer care from Eddie Price, a true gentleman !!, who after contacting the company to purchase a base mount and screws “ over tightening the allen key screw resulting in cross threaded screw & base mount that fitted onto my picatinny rail on my Vortex Razor red dot”, sent me an email stating that the replacement mount and screws would be sent out the following day..
Mount, screws, plus plate and Vortex sticker arrive today with no charge… Eddie is an great asset for CSW…

I had a pair of Vortex binoculars that I was really happy with - apart from the fact that the casing was virtually disintegrating every time I used them. Despite having looked-after the binoculars since the day I purchased them, they did not appear to have been 'cared for' due to the ever-crumbling rubber casing.... I was advised to contact Country Sport Wholesale as Vortex Warranty representatives in the UK - WOW, what exceptional service they provided. Eddie Price, Service Manager was exemplary and understood my concern during our initial telephone conversation. He explained the returns process and kept me well informed during the entire process. He managed my expectations and arranged that I be provided with a replacement pair of binoculars as my binoculars were so old, they were no longer produced - or any spare parts available. To summarise - if every other Company looked after their customers half as well as Eddie Price does ...... then good old-fashioned customer service would be back where it once belonged....
