I have been in contact with Eddie Price from “International Warrenties”. I could no longer focus my Vortex Diamontback binoculars and I sent them in. Repair was not possible and I received new binoculars.
The contact was very friendly and for me it was the best service you could wish.

Needed a repair on my Vortex bins. The staff were very responsive and upbeat. When it turned out it was an issue not possible to fix, they got me a new pair shipped out immediately under warranty. Don't think I've ever had such pleasant and efficient customer service!

Their support team went above and beyond what I was expecting. The scope I had ordered, the mount didn't fit my replicas rail and after a little trial and error their support team modified a mount so it would fit!

Most companies would have shrugged at this issue but country sports wholesale went out their way to resolve this for me.

Ive been a loyal customer with Vortex, and i continue to be impressed with this company. Their team and particularly Eddie is dedicated to providing the service possible.
It shows on in every interaction. I highly recommend the products and after sales.

My Vortex binoculars were fixed and serviced, free of charge, under warranty in a quick turnaround time and with brilliant, friendly and professional communication from Eddie at every stage. They even sent me a brand new strap!

So refreshing to get such superb customer service in the UK for a change!

I've used CSW for Vortex Warranties a couple of times now and the service Eddie and Chris provide is stellar.

I can't recommend them enough, Vortex are always a go to brand for me and it would be a disservice not to mention CSW being THE retailer to send any warranty related queries too.

They've always provided me with ample information about my optics and give excellent response times.

I first contacted him almost a year ago about servicing my Vortex Diamondback binoculars and his communication remained so helpful and friendly despite multiple delays on my end.
When he received my binoculars, Eddie communicated with me throughout the whole process and on my request fixed up and repaired my existing binoculars rather than replacing them which I am incredibly grateful for as my original binoculars are very meaningful and sentimental to me.
Eddie went above and beyond to also supply me with new lens caps (my originals broke last year and the only spares I had didn't fit snug) as well as a new case as my existing one was on the way out.
His service was incredibly quick (around a week from receiving the binoculars, repairing them and then returning them to me) and he was so friendly and helpful throughout all of our communication.

I am absolutely blown away at how helpful, professional and promptly they assisted me.

An absolutely brilliant service. We sent some Vortex binoculars for a service after we found a small piece missing.

Eddie was our contact and made the whole process quick and easy. I really don’t think anything would be too much trouble.

The binoculars came back within a week, which is fantastic. We live in the Orkney Islands so things usually take a lot longer to arrive. They were like brand new again and they even included some new neck straps.

I really can’t give enough praise for the level of service I received.

First class service from Eddie at CSW. I posted the binoculars in on Friday and got an email from Eddie on the Tuesday to say he had them. Another on Thursday to update me and tell me he was posting them back fully repaired via DHL. I received the binoculars back on Friday fully repaired and cleaned up as good as new. No fuss no questions just first class service. I have previously sent a Vortex monocular to Eddie which he replaced without any question. The Vortex promise is as good as claimed and backed by exceptional service by Eddie at CSW.

My boyfriend gifted me a pair of Vortex binoculars a few years ago (6 to be precise!) and they have been indispensable on our yearly wildlife trips. Unfortunately with use, the rubber of the eyecups started falling out (we had to constantly put it back on) and on our last trip the focus ring also fell off and we just couldn’t put it back on as something probably broke. That’s when my boyfriend mentioned that Vortex binoculars come with a lifetime warranty and that we should be able to send it to them for fixing.
For some reason I couldn’t find a UK contact on their website, so I spoke with someone on their US chat and they took all my details and said someone from the UK would get in touch about this.
I have to say I wasn’t sure what to expect. So I was pleasantly surprised when someone reached out to me the very next day.
I got updates from the moment the binoculars reached them and the whole process was under a week (from receipt on their side, to fixing, to being back in my possession). The fixing itself only took a day.
To say that I am impressed is an understatement as these days finding excellent customer service is quite rare in my experience.
I can only thank Eddie at warranties for my excepcional experience. I couldn’t be happier that I can continue to use my binoculars for years to come and didn’t have to throw them away, as it is common these days with our throw away culture.
Well done Vortex for doing your part in not contributing to our wasteful culture, I can’t recommend the brand enough!

Had to send my UH-1 Gen 2 holographic sight under warranty as it was suffering from phantom battery drain. CSW recognised that a firmware update was needed, did the work and sent it back in a very fast turnaround. Excellent service.

I had a Vortex Spitfire sight which had stopped illuminating. Contacted Vortex who put me in touch with Eddie and CSW. Sent the optic on Tuesday and got a notification from DHL that a parcel was due from CSW on Friday which I thought had to be a mistake but no Eddie had serviced it, fixed the illumination and the optic was back in my hands 48hrs after arriving with him. Outstanding service which is very rare these days.

I returned a faulty red dot sight and the next day received an email from Eddie to say he had inspected it and would send out a replacement. In less than a week I received a brand new item.
This was all far more than my expectations and can only praise a marvelous service.

Vortex Binos needed minor repair so contacted Eddie at CSW who was absolutely brilliant to deal with, he should teach customer service courses to other businesses !! From first contact through to return of binos communication was excellent and turn around time from him receiving binos sorting them and me getting them back was 48 hrs in total and they repair is perfect binos are now like new again. Very impressed Indeed !
I’ve been considering purchasing a new pair of travel binos and after this experience it will be Vortex who get my money thanks to Eddie at CSW !
