Very pleasant person in the office and friendly guys who did the emptying. Turned up on time. We were left in the lurch by Biffa who dropped the contract without informing us, just an automated answer phone message when l called to see when they were coming

We required a tanker to suck out one of our sewer pits, called county clean at 5.15pm on a sunday, got the email quote within minutes, responded with a purchase order and advised that tanker was on the way, great service. Simon, great guy, arrived an hour later and extremely helpful, carried out the work we required and, when we had a pump go down whilst he was here, assisted us with pulling it up, clearing it out and getting it working. He stayed until he could see that everything was in order, outstanding workmanship.
