Their customer service on the telephone…
Their customer service on the telephone is very good. Ben is very helpful and has been supportive this year as we had to have 3 calls outs within as manay weeks.
It would be helpful if the site engineers checked all pumps and equipment when carrying out a serice call.

Not the easiest location for the pump out. Its a long way to the tank from the truck. Excellent service every time from them.

Courteous and efficient driver. Arrived as scheduled. Would benefit if you were able to say morning or afternoon. I know that the driver needs to organise the route, but some indication would be helpful.

We refrain from saying morning or afternoon because of how drivers plan their days (as you mentioned) but also due to factors beyond our control for example potential traffic issues or vehicle issues or where local disposal sites are closed causing our drivers to travel further afield
