If I could give a one star I would. I ordered a beautiful ring on March 17. It’s 5 to 8 days to arrive, it took until April 3. The ring is not like the picture. The color is completely off and so metallic and bright. It’s like a cheap made version. I can’t find the ring online anymore, it’s not on their website. I would expect to find this at Walmart for like $6 or even the dollar store. I wouldn’t pay over $10 for this but feel like I got scammed paying $50 for a ring that isn’t even the picture.

I purchased a set of their couple rings and even though the gems are beautiful it has started to turn my finger green in a matter of days, even though I remove it before showering.
Very disappointed

I order the wrong rings and have been trying to cancel my order and no one has answered me on how to do that

I messaged customer service the day after my husband and I got married. We were working construction at the time.. so we had silicone rings and we were still looking for black metal and red stone rings that we wanted and we actually were gonna have some custom made until I found these.. I was thrilled when I found this website cuz I was told but customer service that "the women's black metal rings are made from titanium just like the men's rings and they won't fade or change colors and they'll last" I was extremely specific with my questions and this representative gave me very specific answers.. so I was jazzed that I didn't have to wait 5 years to save up 15k to buy the wedding rings that we wanted because that's what we were quoted at a jeweler in town.. so fast forward a few months.. my husband surprised me for my birthday in October and he buys us the rings.. black metal with red stones and I cried cuz I was so happy with them.. they were stunningly gorgeous.. not even a month pass and the damn thing started fading.. his ring had pieces of paint chipping off of it.. he emailed customer service.. all they did was send us a new set.. those of course faded also.. as we expected.. why wouldn't they?? My thing is...... Why lie to customers and tell them that it's titanium when it's not????? This is clearly cheap metal with paint over it.. sure they're only $50 and they keep replacing them.. that's not the point.. we wouldn't have bought them in the first place if we would've known that they weren't either stainless steel or titanium.. that's BS.. this company is scammers.. don't order from them.. AAAAAAND!!!!! THEIR SUPPOSED TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE OBVIOUSLY FAKE!!!! NONE OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS THAT YOU SEE THAT CLAIM TO BE FROM "TRUSTPILOT" ARE ACTUALLY ON TRUSTPILOT'S ACTUAL WEBSITE.. they're just scammers and liars..

They got my orders wrong 3x but communicating with her about the mixup was great and she facilitated the ring deliveries quickly until they get it right. Dealing with great customer service is really a plus.

I do hope the quality of these rings will last for a good amount of years.

Purchased a Christmas present on 12/14 with a 3-8 day delivery and it is the 28th of December and no present. Contacted the company who stated too bad you purchased it and there’s nothing they will do about it. Website stated Complete satisfaction! Another scam.

I would not recommend these rings. My partner and I bought them and were waiting for a special moment to give them to each other. We finally did it over Christmas. I wore it for one day and my finger turned green. I was assuming for the money I spent and the reviews I read they were of good quality.

They have a satisfaction guarantee and when I contacted them about the matter they have done nothing.

This company is garbage scammers they dont send you your merchandise. Also to try to get a hold of someone is horrible. ITs a chinese company so dont trust this company they just steal i had to call my bank to fight for my money back,,,

literally this company is the worst ever. DO NOT buy fake rings from this people is a scam. me and my wife order these rings at on august 20 cause we would marry at september 20. and i paid extra 9$ for priority shipping they said is gonna take 5-8 Business Days days max! meanwhile september 10 has come and nothing arrives! so we forced to buy other rings for our marriage. finally these rings have arrived at september 30 right after a month and 10 days! when we saw the rings we were so laughing it was nothing like the picture. is the worst materials litterally look like painted plastic rings. do not waste your money on this company!

I don't want to give ANY stars! I placed my order July 29th. According to Track17 my rings have been in my hometown since August 21st but haven't been delivered. I have emailed numerous times and get the same generic message back. According to Couples Choice website I should've had my rings 5-10 days after I ordered them! I have now requested a refund 3 times and no response!

Poor customer service and delivery. I sent messages to customer service to no avail. Ordered over 3 weeks ago and still no package. Can't get a response for a refund. Do not buy from this company!!

We wore them at the airport and got SO many compliments lol. Super fun way to travel together.

Hoodie itself is cute but the sizing runs small. I suggest going one size up.

Beautiful, it does take a little time to get them, I think it took me like a month. They are quality though, I am gonna buy more :)

I bought the rings as a last-minute gift for our anniversary. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, but the quality blew me away. The weight, the shine — feels way more expensive than what I paid. My wife actually cried when she opened the box. Big win.

Had a small issue with the ring size but their support sorted it fast. Love the design, feels sturdy.

horrible. I didn’t know it was fake till it came it was so cheaply made! And then started to turn my ring finger.. then they want me to send it back to get a refund? I didn’t know when I purchased their product they were in china. So I have to pay shipping? No.

I brought 3 sets one ring blemished after 2 days of wear also they want u to send it bk with no shipping label or QR code the rings do not look as good as the pic my husband didn’t like them renting for a refund is bull crap u not gettin all your money bk DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

This company is a rip off and a joke. Their rings are not even worthy of being called costume jewelry. Do not under any circumstance buy from this worthless company.
