Well I ordered items in October 2025. Never received my package. I constantly emailed Epic loot, telling them I never received my order. They always said yes you did.

Well finally last month, I received a email from Epic Loot. Who was not happy that I didn't receive my order and wanted to make things right for me. His name is Jeremy from Epic Loot. Jeremy made sure that he had the proper shipping address and wanted my number, so that the delivery company can get a hold of me, just incase I wasn't home to receive my order.
I received my order yesterday, I was extremely happy to receive it. So extremely grateful for Jeremy going the extra distance, making sure that I receive my order. I wanted to give a 1 star rating for all the grief, that I had to deal with. The only reason why I am giving it a 3 star today is because of Jeremy making sure that I receive my order. Sincerely Jeremy thank you so much for everything.

I just have to say that the jewelries that I have bought I truly love them. And I wear it to work, I really received so much compliments.

Picked up the Valknut Wooden Watch and it’s easily my favorite accessory right now. The wood finish gives it a unique, earthy look. It stands out without being flashy. I appreciate that it doesn’t feel mass-produced.

Unfortunately, I can't remember exactly when I bought the ring, so the date of my experience is just an estimate. I bought a ring with nordic runes made of 925 silver from the Epic Loot shop. I'm very happy with the ring. It looks fantastic and is of excellent quality. I'm very satisfied with Epic Loot and will definitely order again. Thank you. :-)

It has been 2 years since I got the ring, I loved the ring, it was beautiful, sadly it was stolen about a year ago but I loved every time I got to wear it.

I like the design and concept a lot, especially the Norse symbolism. The bracelet I ordered looks nice, but I expected it to feel a bit heavier. Not bad, just not as premium as I imagined.

I grabbed the World Serpent Jormungandr Snake Necklace from Epic Loot Shop and honestly wasn't expecting it look this good. The metal feels sturdy, not cheap or hollow. It has that bold Viking vibe without looking like costume jewelry. Definitely worth the price.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased anything! The ring I ordered as a present supposedly had "shipping issues" I was led on to believe that they fixed the issue & then my ring would be sent out or they would give me a full refund. It's been over a month and I have not received the ring or a full refund as promised. I was asked to wait 3 to 5 business days, then I was told 7 business days & now it's been double that & no refund! Scam artists is what they are! Now noone will respond to my emails so I had to file a fraud complaint with my bank. Complete waste of time!! Shop somewhere else!!

I had ordered a Rune ring from their shop. However upon arrival to my mailbox someone had stolen it out of the package. I then took a picture of the tampered package and sent to their return email. They were very apologetic and sent a replacement. The replacement came quickly and wrapped in better packaging. {I'm giving a 5 Star review for their understanding and quick replacement of my order} Thank you Epic Loot!

Definitely not trustworthy. I ignored the red flags like the deeply discounted items. If you search the images, you can find the items for dollars on Temu or AliExpress. I ordered a set of rings from an ad on social media. Completely my fault. I usually do more research when I purchase. I’m fairly certain that the listing on social media had a different store name because I was surprised by the different shop on the credit card charge. But maybe I’m wrong. Customer service is nonexistent so good luck trying to return anything.

Glad I gave it a chance. I was a bit hesitant before ordering after reading mixed opinions online, but my experience was positive. The ring looks good, feels sturdy, and matches what I saw on the site. It’s been a few weeks now and I’m still wearing it regularly. No complaints so far.

My order had an issue but customer service reacted and fixed the issue immediately . I am very happy with the result and will order again.

Epic loot shop is a scam and fraud. They claim to sell handmade authentic viking jewelry, it is cheap jewelry from China, and AliExpress was on the package, which is a company similar to wish, where you order cheap items from china. I bought 2 sets, which means 4 rings, all 4 turned my finger green with in hours, the gun metal is tarnishing and the rings are turning copper. I reached out to the company for a resolution, they asked for pictures, I sent several, now they are ignoring me and not replying to any messages, nor refunding the money.
This jewelry is nothing better then the jewelry you'd find at the dollar store. Thier customer service is garbage and they are fully aware what they are doing, which is why when I called them out on it and told them I saw on the packaging for the rings it clearly states made in China, they chose to ignore me. Do not waste your money! I only wore the rings for 3 days before they were absolutely awful!

This is what I wrote on my paypal dispute claim.

I bought the item "Idunn’s Apple Tree Ring" from the Epiclootshop store. In the photos they only had 1 ring in all the promotional photos for that page. The ring I received according to the packaging "Item: Elite women's retro style inlaid ruby ring gun black rose branches crossed two-piece set classic wedding fashion jewelry# ring Size: 7, Primary Stone Color: null" Not exactly what I was expecting. And like the item name says I got 2 different rings, neither of which were in the promotional photos, and neither of which look like the item in question. Side note: I found the ring I originally bought on Etsy for 3 dollars Canadian, and even then there are costumer reviews saying they got scammed out of the wrong ring.

I reversed imaged searched the ring on Epiclootshop's page, and searched for the description on the packaging I received. Why did I find a ring that is almost exactly like the one I bought originally on Ali express and other sites for about 3 Canadian dollars? And why did their reviews also have people saying they got wedding set rings the same as mine, instead of what they originally ordered?
Wait hold on I just looked at the promotional photos on Epicloot, there are 2 different rings, the details are small but there are different rings being shown. The one I screenshotted for an example is ever so slightly different too. So what did I actually pay 46.50 Canadian Dollars (33.85 USD) for?

Drop Shipping from Aliexpress and other outsourcing websites. Do not bother. They've marked up their "Jormungandr The Midgard Serpent 925 Sterling Silver Bracelet" to $199.99 but the exact same one, with exact same metal quality is found on aliexpress for $0.99 "Men's Viking Domineering Dragon Vintage Punk Hiphop Bangle Bracelet Birthday Gift".

My Nidhogg Norse Dragon bracelet arrived quickly and it looks exactly as in the pictures on the website. The quality seems to be good, too. Long story short, they met my expectations.

Ordered a pair of couples rings from epic loot and I was really disappointed with what i got in return.The mens ring was as described stainless steel with black plating but a plastic stone, but the women's ring was 100% plastic like a ring from a sweet machine. Will never order from here again waste of money!!!!

Don't even deserve a star at all. Item never came.
