I have to say this was an easy way to send parcels from the U.K. to Spain
It was collected on Tuesday and was in Spain by Friday morning.
That’s what I call an absolutely amazing service thank you so much.

From booking to collection to delivery very smooth process.

No problem setting up the order and dropping off the parcels, but on arrival two out of four parcels (rigid plastic tubs with lids) were broken. Fortunately the contents seem ok but I wouldn’t use this service again. DHL were very rough with my stuff to cause this amount of damage. I appreciate the reply but boxes were not suitable for the contents as they needed to be kept dry. The tubs are extremely strong and are often used for delivering powders. The only way they could break would be if they were seriously thrown around inside a van or dropped during loading.

Brilliant! Easy and cost-effective delivery from UK to Canada with Fedex, picked up on Friday and delivered Monday evening. Thank you, I'll be using you again :)

The only thing I was not so happy with is maybe shorten the pick-up time to 3hours and not 8hours, excellent service, nice friendly staff, very competitive price, and different types of delivery services, overall very happy with Courierpoint!

My first experience of couriering a parcel from the UK to friends in the US. The collection was literally within 10 minutes of confirming my booking and the courier was incredibly helpful in ensuring I’d got all my paperwork correct. Parcel collected around 11am 1st Dec and delivered to the delighted recipient on 2nd. Excellent service.

This is the second time we have used Courier Point to send a gift parcel to family in Houston Texas. The service on both occasions has been excellent from the day of collection to delivery in Houston.The tracking of the parcel was very good and informative of its progress.The time taken was 6 days including a weekend which we thought was very good.The parcel contained Xmas cards from two families and taking into account the cost of sending cards to the USA the overall cost of sending the parcel was very reasonable. Will have no hesitation of continuing to use Courier Point in the future.

Excellent service! Parcel picked up on Monday delivered safe and sound to Lisbon today! Simply wouldn’t use any other delivery service! Last parcel I posted via Royal Mail took five weeks and the contents damaged, lesson learned. Thank you Courierpoint! 👏👏👏

Certainly one of the best couriers, (if not the cheapest) in terms of reliability, speed of delivery; what they are prepared to ship; courtesy and helpfulness of drivers and help line staff. I have used them 6 or so times now and have been completely satisfied each time.
