5-star service! They picked up and delivered a small sofa for me with excellent communication the entire time. The two delivery guys took extra care with the furniture and were very professional. Highly recommend this service to everyone!

Deliveries don’t come any better than my experience this morning.
Victoria and Jass messaged me at 6-15am advising an expected arrival within 15 minutes. They arrived spot on with a very positive, bouncy presence and carefully placed the package exactly to my instructions.
So nice to see a pair of passionate and caring delivery “experts”.

This was very efficient and quick delivery. We were kept up-to-date at all points with many texts and email updates. All went very smoothly and we received our beautiful piece of furniture as expected. Would definitely recommend these couriers.

The guys were, great , on time , messaged to let me know and were careful taking the sideboard lip stairs .

Shipped my motorbike from Norfolk to Cornwall in January. Broke one of the mirrors, split a side panel. Had taken out the extra insurance at £60 on top of the courier fee. Not worth the paper it was written on. Cost me £60 for a secondhand mirror. £60 to get the side panel plastic welded and still got to get that painted. Proovia have paid me £100 so still well out of pocket. This company does not take care. Took 4 months to sort that little amount. Don't use even if your life depends on it!

The App was supposed to show where the Van was, but never seemed to leave Mansfield, after 20mins of watching and no movement I thought I should get down to the del destination, good job as the driver called but I couldn’t understand what he was saying, Eastern Europe, after asking 3 times he said he was 15mins away. When they arrived they asked if I had anyone to help offload, I said no the the two men offloaded and moved my item to the Village Hall. Not impressed based upon the Proovia website marketing 🙁
