Today, we operate from a massive warehouse and office, employing 160 dedicated staff members and utilizing over 60 vans to serve customers daily.

We specialize in courier services, focusing primarily on furniture transportation, including wardrobes, chairs, sofas, desks, tables, and sideboards. Additionally, our expert couriers are trained to handle motorcycles, pianos, and sports equipment. Proovia proudly serves local shops, auction houses, and residents, collecting and delivering items all across the UK.

Totally Ignoring requests for a call

I want to have an account with Proovia to send Hot Tub Lids across the country. I have been trying to talk with a business account person for 5 working days and, despite phone calls every day I have received Nothing.
If they cannot make a phone call how can we trust them to get their drivers to turn up?
