The courier company is absolutel useless!

The courier company is absolutely useless. They have delivered my parcel twice to the wrong address in a completely different state to what I live in. Apparently they believe I live in Qld, not NSW. I have contacted them so many times and they don’t answer either on the website or emails. They also lied to PayPal saying they delivered my package to me blocking me getting my money back. I am beyond frustrated and wish I never purchased the $150 item from Kmart. What a useless company.

Not worth 1 star but unfortunately…

Not worth 1 star but unfortunately that’s the lowest rating. They absolutely suck at their job which is delivering parcels. There is always an issue and a hold up. Tracking is as shit as you would expect of a company like this. Best thing for them be to go out of business. I will never buy from anywhere that uses Couriers please ever again. It’s just not worth the hassle.
And no contact number. That’s the biggest red flag, because they know the phone will never stop ringing with complaints and trying to locate your parcel.
Hopeless please don’t deal with this company. Save yourself the heartache.

They don't pick up packages. They CANNOT be contacted.

I booked a package pickup and paid for it.

That is the last I have heard.

In almost 1 week of fiddling with their broken "bot" I have had no reply as to why the package cannot be picked up.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:

* There is **NO** contact number for Couriers Please. No matter what happens, you will *never* speak to a human.

* The only means of contact is a "bot" which is bad enough but it is also the clunkiest automated "bot" you will ever encounter.

* When you find the menu you need to ask about packages (not easy, and the search will NOT help) -- the "bot" tells you it will have someone contact you.

* They don't. They. Just. Don't.

SUMMARY:

They take your money. They waste your time. They do not do the sort of things that courier companies do -- the very first of which is to pick up the package.

This is ***absolutely*** the WORST courier company I have ever experienced (and that is a pretty low bar).

The worst courier company servicing…

The worst courier company servicing melbourne. Everything I buy online and the seller uses them, there's always issues and I don't get my package.
There's no way to contact them via phone, there's no assistance online (other than virtual assistant that is the most unhelpful thing), they constantly ignore emails. 0/10 wouldn't recommend to any business to use them

Couriersplease is by far the worst…

Couriersplease is by far the worst delivery service, with the absolute worst customer service. I have had multiple parcels shipped through them, and they have all either been lost or damaged. Tracking indicates that that the parcel has been delivered (after it sat in a warehouse for over a week), however it has not. I have submitted multiple enquiries with them however i have not heard back at all. Their "virtual assistant" is absolute garbage. Terrible service - going forth I will not be shopping from any stores that use CouriersPlease as I don't want to have yet another package lost!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not use.

Would give 0 starts if it was an option.
Wasted an entire day sitting around waiting for a parcel to be picked up, consignment updates all said that driver was out to pick it up from 1219.
-Tried to contact customer support before they closed, phone required an account number which they did not provide anywhere, even on my invoice.
-AI assistant (what a misnomer) just gave generic "request received" emails and would not allow feedback.
-Negative feedback to their web pages resulted in being kicked off them
- Next day still waiting for a response and sitting around losing money waiting for another attempted pick up
All of which could have been avoided if the delivery drivers knew how to read street numbers and/or operate a doorbell.
Complete absence of accountability and customer service is disgraceful.

The worst Couriers in Brisbane

The worst Couriers in Brisbane. No way to contact when tracking states unable to deliver 2 or 3 days in a row when I'm at home & the virtual assistant is useless.
I will never buy from any company who uses this courier again & I am still waiting for my parcel.
This is not the first time I have had these issues with Couriers Please but it will certainly be the last.

what a joke of a company that does NOT care

what a joke of a company,
no wonder they don't have phone numbers anymore because all they will be doing is hearing complaints,
they are delivering a package from 15 minutes away and keep changing delivery days to the point where they remove all information from the tracking page and leave you in the dark, 1 week has already passed and heading into 2 weeks to come 15 minutes away

DO NOT USE! We are still waiting for our packages to arrive 4 weeks later and still no sign of them. They just keep sending out AI generated email responses saying they are following up with their agent.. whatever that means! There is no contact number either for this company - it is all AI generated and not helpful at all

It took 19 days for a response about my incorrect delivery.

I contacted Couriers Please on 7/3/2025 to advise my parcel had been delivered to Victoria instead of South Australia as their tracking system confirmed this. You can only contact them using their online Chat System and as it was a Friday afternoon, I did not expect a response until Monday because they are only open Monday to Friday.
I finally received a response on the 26/3/25 – 19 days later!
Seriously, does this company care about customer service. Clearly not!
I never received my parcel and had to battle with the retailer because their system showed the parcel had been delivery. It sure had, but over 800km from where I lived.
If you are a retailer looking for a courier service, do yourself a favour and steer clear of Couriers Please.

AVOID

AVOID. I would give zero if it were an option. They lost almost 50kg of samples in 4 boxes and blamed it on a warehouse fire. It has been three weeks, and it has not arrived. There was no update. Then we get a random email saying the items incurred damage and cannot be salvaged.
Here is their response:
"Hi ###, I would like to personally apologise for the inconvenience we have caused you.
These parcels have been damaged and cannot be salvaged due to our Perth Depot was involved in fire a incident.
We acknowledge that this is not a favourable outcome and we appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.
Have a great day ahead.
Kind Regards,

Very Very poor Delivery .Could not track the shipment sent by UPS showed goods were in Melbourne Had to go down to the depot to get a update and guess what they found my item. Do not use this company under any circumstances . They should not be in business

Worst Courier Service in Australia

If I could give it 0 I would, picked up package on 11th March from Kipparing to be delivered to Cannon Hill (a whole 34km) got collected on 11th and then nothing. there is no way to contact them other than their website bot, took over a week to get back to me and then asked if there was still an issue. Not sure why and company would use this service.

Worst Delivery Company in Australia

If you don't want your parcels delivered, use this company. Because they'll lie and say that they've "attempted" to deliver when they haven't even left their warehouse. No card or anything was left. You have to make an account just to speak to someone over the phone
