The course itself did achieve its aim…
The course itself did achieve its aim of basic knowledge however it put too much focus on some parts that are fairly irrelevant or outdated and not enough on the most common maintenance you would be doing. On some of the slides the pictures that have been used where of the wrong nature, a motorcycle course should be showing motorcycle parts not mountain bike parts. The test at the end is asking some pretty wild questions for a entry level course, I fail to see how some have any relevance. I am already fairly experienced with working on motorcycles but i did pick up a few things from this course which should help in the future.

Nail technician diploma
Course is very detailed and fun to do. I did have a query as I thought I had submitted my final exam but hadnt. I spoke to a member of the customer support team, Matthew Archer, who went through the whole process with me. I passed the exam and was able to get my certificate the same day. I have been a Coursegate user for almost a year now and i have thoroughly enjoyed it so far. Matthew Archer has been a wonderful and helpful person. Only downside is that the certficates can be very slow to receive so you have to keep emailing them for it.
