I'm incredibly excited about the progress we're making on my passion project, Solo-preneur, with the incredibly talented team of Courses and funnels. It's been an amazing journey so far. In just a short month and a half, we’ve managed to generate almost $20,000 in sales, and we’re on the cusp of closing another big deal. The momentum is electrifying! Courses and funnels is truly a mastermind when it comes to positioning you as the go-to expert in the market. Their ability to transform your credibility into a powerful sales tool is nothing short of magical. I have no doubt we can skyrocket this project to a million dollars a month.

I was hesitant at first

I was hesitant at first. I’d had a bad experience with a previous marketing team and wasn’t sure about jumping in again. But their was different. The course had a solid foundation, and I knew it could be a success.

Not able to deliver

First they promised me something else in the sales calls then they meant... They took ages to get back to me and never delivered - the work got worse and worse. Nothing was launched in the end and they couldn't even make time for a call to talk about what had gone wrong. They also said they took on too many clients which was why the service got sloppier.

We have no record of working with a client named Tara, so either this is a fake review or you’ve got us mixed up with another agency. But we take all feedback seriously and would like to take this opportunity to address your claims.

First, we’re always upfront about our offers. Our scope of work, process, and deliverables are clearly outlined in our contracts, and we make sure expectations are set properly before moving forward. There’s no guesswork—we’re transparent about what we do and how we do it.

In terms of communication, each of our clients has a dedicated account manager from day one, ensuring they receive regular updates, timely communication, and structured support throughout the process.

As for your claim that "nothing was launched". That’s interesting because we’ve successfully launched and scaled multiple businesses for our clients. If your project didn’t reach that stage, there could be several reasons: lack of required materials or input from your end, delays in approvals, shifts in strategy, or external business decisions beyond our control. Our process is designed for completion, and we always follow through when clients stay engaged.
Regarding availability, we prioritize meaningful conversations that move projects forward. If a call was truly necessary, we would have scheduled it. We take our clients’ needs seriously, but we also focus on maintaining efficiency and effectiveness in every interaction.
Lastly, for the workload, while we work with multiple clients, we’re selective about who we take on to ensure we provide a high level of service to everyone. And our processes are continuously refined to ensure we can deliver the best results possible for each and every client we take on.
