Customer service is bad

The order was placed on 20th of January for Seletti Kintsugi Tea Set with expected delivery on January 28th. On January 29th I followed up with the order and there were no reply until January 31. After checking, agent found that the item which was ordered was not available and no one never got back to me about it. They promised that the order will be delivered on the week of 18th of February which is almost 1 month after the expected delivery date. The order was finally delivered on march 4th. The customer service is not reliable, they are giving wrong information and no one is getting back with the update unless you chase them. The product itself is good, but the service which company provided is horrible. I would suggest to choose another place to order items rather than from courthouse.

As soon as we became aware of the stock delay, we reached out within the same week of your purchase to inform you and offer the option to either wait or receive a full refund. We also sent two follow-up emails—one with an updated dispatch date and another confirming that your order had been shipped.

Since your order was sent via tracked standard international service, which has a transit time of 8–12 business days, this unfortunately contributed to the overall delay.

That said, we completely understand how frustrating the experience must have been, and we sincerely apologise if our communication didn’t feel as timely or helpful as it should have been. Your feedback is invaluable, and we are continually working to improve our service.

I’ve looked into this for you, and I can see that the chair you purchased has a lead time of 10 business days, as it’s a colour we don’t typically keep in stock.

This information is displayed on our shipping page and at the checkout and was also included in your order confirmation email. However, we’re sorry if this wasn’t as clear as it could have been.

We’re still within this lead time, and your chair is expected to arrive from Italy this coming week. As soon as it’s here and has been checked over, we’ll send you tracking details so you can follow its journey. Your order will be shipped via DPD on a next-day service, and you’ll have the option to add any special delivery instructions directly with them.

My wallpaper was delivered right on time

My wallpaper was delivered right on time, and was wrapped so well (plastic, then bubble wrap, then heavy paper packaging) that it wasn't bothered by the snow on my porch. I can't wait to install it!

I love Courthouse interiors! They always ship your items out super fast and get back to you with any questions really quickly! The products are amazing! I have had many rugs, lamps etc and always been very happy!! Would absolutely recommend them ♥️
