Customer service corrected an improper charge promptly
I found a charge from this company that I did not knowingly authorize. Apparently, I had mistakenly done so a month or so ago. I thought I had paid for a one-time use and ended up being subscribed. Upon seeing this charge, I went to the website and immediately got "chat help" from Peter, who quickly closed my account and reversed the last charges.
