Called with a concern

Called with a concern, and the issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes. This was the best experience with customer service I've received in awhile.

Very satisfied with the support I…

Very satisfied with the support I received here today. I noticed one $20 charge for this site and contacted them right away. The guy helping was able to cancel my subscription tha I was unaware of having and then told me he refunded me $60 instead of $20 I guess I had been paying for it for 3 months and just found out. I didn’t even know I had been charged more than one time but he automatically refunded me all of the money. Very nice thank you
