Item didn't "ship" until I emailed them asking about it. Within an hour it shipped. The location of my package changes based on where I am. If I'm in DC, it says it's at a US Post Office in DC. If I'm in New Jersey it says it's at a US Fuel gas station in New Jersey. If I'm in Pittsburgh, it changes between the US Steel Building and a US Post Office. This is obviously deceptive and weeks later I have yet to receive anything. Trying to get a refund now.

Do not purchase anything from this website.

The product I received was significantly different from what was advertised. The description, materials, design details, and photographs shown on the site did not match the item that was shipped. What arrived looked completely different from what was represented online.

When I attempted to return the item, the company questioned my reason for requesting a return. Instead of processing the return, they engaged in a series of back-and-forth emails offering discounts and incentives to persuade me to keep the product.

After more than a week of email exchanges, I discovered that the return address was listed under the company name "Liu Changxing" and was located in Zhejiang, China, despite the company presenting itself as being based in Belgium.

After my item was shipped for return via DHL, I was notified that the package was being held in China due to an incomplete or incorrect address. I was told the package would either be disposed of or returned at an additional cost. Beware, there does not appear to be a way to return items to receive a full refund.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this website.

They give a fake email address and phone # so you can't return very low quality clothing.

Jacket is Nothing like the photo, Poor stitching and Poor quality, I ordered a male jacket in a size 3X, I received a woman jacket with a 3X tag but small in size. I'm not going to go through the headache of trying to return this item for a refund. I'll never order clothing from the internet again. Doesn't deserve the 1 star but I couldn't proceed without providing a rating...should be a falling or failing star rating.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered what they call Justin boots and received dollar store boots. Gave me the runaround for weeks before they finally would give me the return address. To prove I wouldn’t back down, I paid nearly $50 to return to China. Now it’s the runaround again that they are waiting for it to arrive and to send the receipt. I have sent it 3 times. This began in January and it is now April.

Not the same boots or the brand. After reading other reviews, there’s no reason to try to exchange or get a refund. This taught me a lesson not to order off the website of a non-reputable company. Shame on whoever is doing this, but you will pay one day. I won’t be able to see it, but I am assured you will pay for your
dishonesty.

Edmund will gaslight you and never send goods or refund. You will be screwed out of money. AND when ordering, when you select quantity 1...they change it to 2 or 3.

Still haven’t received my item and they sent some BS tracking label that does not work. Do not spend money here, it is a scam and you will regret

Claim goods were delivered but sent a photo of an address in America. The boots arrived very poorly packed and they are not Clark’s boots as advertised total rip off unable to obtain any information about return and why there are two companies with a similar names one sending the emails referring you to the other. Endeavouring to get money back via the bank.

This is a scam website. They issued me a fake shipping number and when I contacted them to try to track my package they told me it had already been delivered. When I told them the package never arrived they first insisted that it had and then backtracked and told me it was delayed. I contacted them over and over telling them the package never arrived and asking for my money back but they kept telling me it was merely delayed and/or already delivered. A total scam. I’ve reported them to the FCC and Texas Attorney General’s office

Bought a purse for my daughter's birthday. It's a total piece of crap that literally folded/wadded up to fit into a mailing envelope. They would take it back but it cost so much to mail it back (to China, even though it appears to be a US/UK company) that it's not worth it. Being a quality match issue, they should not charge me to send it back. PayPal did not help me, the company stopped responded, and they suddenly no longer sell purses.

It took 21 days for me to receive my order, with no tracking information until I reached out to the company to complain. I finally received it and the smell of this bag is absolutely sickening! I’ve had it outside for several days and it is still overwhelmingly Sickening! This company and this bag are the absolute worst I have ever ever dealt with! Do NOT purchase from this company or you will be sorry and have wasted your money!
