Easy transition to CovaU.
Aushmeare (customer service) was very helpful in connecting me for my gas and electricity and for finding another electricity account for which I could not find the bill. I now have all of my energy bills in the one account. Highly recommend CovaU for ease of connection and Aushmeare for his customer service skills, patience and helpfulness.
Very pleasant experience
The support person has been very polite and extremely helpful in adding my wife's name as a secondary contact person.
However, I did highlight to him that the website would not allow me to update her contact details myself.
I also informed him that when I contacted CovaU on 1300 689 866, I entered my Account Number and my Mobile Number, but the system tells me that my Mobile Number is not valid (but Aushmeare could confirm that it is correct in your system records).

Today I had a really great experience with the CovaU chat support team. I hade inadvertently made an error in my application for a new connection. I contacted the live chat support and the response was super quick! My concerns were sorted out and settled quickly.

Had an issue with wanting to change my gas plan with CovaU and Alvin was very patient and polite when the problem was more my end - after some emails we got to the solution with the new plan - and Alvin was very proactive to get the change enabled quickly

I spoke with Rhitzie this morning. Rhitzie was very helpful as I could not download my account. When I went into the PDFall I saw was pages with a grey background and the tiniest of writing which could not be read. Rhitzie was able to fix this problem for me and she sent me a copy of my latest account which is due on 26 February. I also had to change my credit card details as I have a new credit card. Rhitzie was very kind and very helpful and I was so relieved that she was able to fix my problem and she sent me a new PDF so that I was able to then print out my account. I do hope that I do not have a problem downloading my account in the future. Rhitzie has a lovely clear voice and she speaks so well and clearly. Rhitzie is a bonus to you business. Y
