On receiving my last account, there was a note that based on our past usage, we may be able to save $$ by changing plans. Upon phoning CovaU I was given information of a new plan, with feed in tariff & a discount on usage. Good service provided but you need to be proactive in following up if there is a better plan for you.

Great help from call centre
I received a ridiculously high bill for about 20 days of electricity provision, with no payment of the solar feed in rebate. I contacted the help centre but they said I had to provide all this documentation to get the solar rebate, which my previous provider was giving me. I eventually spoke to a helpful person and she was excellent, following through with emails. Very responsive and helpful, the situation has now been sorted and my bill reduced by $168.
