Grace was extremely helpful - She went over the plan details and resolved questions I had cheerfully. She gave me the confidence to go ahead and sign up for the plan. Grace was knowledgeable and checked out all queries I had regarding the plan. It was a great customer experience.

Just changed energy plans with CovaU and spoke with Grace who was ever spot helpful and clear with her language skills.
Changed plans easily and is now more cost efficient.
They have a good app as well.

Terrible service and communication
I used CovaU to supply gas to our property. They were fine until we wanted to disconnect our gas after changing to all-electric heating and appliances. They scheduled the disconnection and we heard no more news until my next gas bill that was charged for 21 days or supply after the supposed disconnection date. Phoned and they said that the "temporary" (despite me wanting it to be permanent) disconnection had been cancelled (by whom? Not me!). Promised me that I would be credited the supply extra charge and scheduled another disconnection. Promised me that my account would be watched and that any addition supply charges applied between now and then would be credited before my final bill. Received no confirmation of disconnection on or after the rescheduled date, and received yet another bill a month later with additional supply charges. In short, it took three months, multiple emails and phone calls (having to listen to their sexist advertisements: "Whether you're a business man or a family man..."-- are we still in the 1950's??) and broken promises for them to disconnect my gas and then they refused to credit the supply charges, or even offer a reduction or waiver of the disconnection fee in acknowledgment of their poor service. One of the worst companies I've dealt with and I wouldn't go near them again.
