Excellent service
We bought a house that had had issues so were worried we would have problems getting buildings insurance. I spent a good while chatting to one of your advisors who went through all the paperwork we had regarding work done on the house and sorted everything out for us. We felt he made a rather stressful situation a lot more manageable.

Great help with a Grade II Listed Building.
With a listed building to insure I found CoverBuilder very helpful in several ways. Very easy website to use, and they come up with excellent results. I'm very grateful to them for finding us much better cover at a much lower premium than our previous insurers were asking.

Easy to use for non standard insurance
Easy to buy from. I had one issue which necessitated a phone call. This was quickly resolved by a helpful gentleman, and I was able to complete the transaction. I had specific complex needs and using coverbuilder enabled me to get a competitive price quite easily when I couldn't find what I needed elsewhere.

I have to say that these guys are really very good! I needed a specialist policy and many quotes were 4x that offered by cover builder. Easy process to obtain quote; great response via chat; they also called me to explain a complex aspect of the policy. Why 4* and not 5. There was a generalisation on the web quote that described what was included in the policy but when reading the policy in detail there was a specific exclusion. Sure this has been corrected now because these guys pride themselves on a great customer experience.
