Very pleasant and courteous

Very pleasant and courteous. Able to confirm I had been in contact with a named colleague immediately. Friendly communication. Everything was sorted within a few minutes.

Great service

Gave them the best quote I got and beat it by another 100+. Also thought I had 2 years NCB but actually had 3 which I was notified about and my premium was reduced by a further amount

Refused my 3 years named driver…

Refused my 3 years named driver experience, took a €560 deposit for a €1700 quote and refunded me €200 when they cancelled my insurance and then never refunded me the money, typical dubs with scum from the flats working their phones
