Rang them today and am waiting to speak to one of their "Insurance Specialists" after 30 minutes I feel they don't want to know........Really appalling service. They never answer in less than 10 minutes but 30+ minutes,

I added a named driver to my policy for an additional €1086 which is pretty extortionate at best, D/Debit was to increase and additional €40 to be paid over the phone but due to a “error” on their behalf they took the full amount without notification or permission And left in in finical stress as mortgage payments were due also …. When it was put to them best they could do was a €40 refund of my own money …… very unprofessional service

Same as previous poster. They make it as awkward as possible to get your insurance disc after you pay them. Asking for nonsensical documents and then not replying to you when you contact them. Unless you contact them several times you will not get your disc and it's usually 3 or 4 weeks before you do. I'd say most employees are just out of college and leave after 6 to 9 months. None of the staff seem happy so must be paid a poor wage.

Never recommend anyone to get car insurance policy to coverinaclick ,I went in emergency send back my insurance disc to temporary close my policy ,now came back yesterday and call to start the policy customer service is disappointing and make excuse we didn't close your policy and supervisor jess was not helpful at all.

Travel insurance with cover
Took out travel insurance with cover in a click. It was a mid range policy not the cheap one. This policy covered flight cancellation. My flight got cancelled in just and I was stuck abroad for an additional 3 and a half days.
When I returned the agent we flew with would compensate. Got in touch with cover in a click to find the responses were coming from someone sub contracted to deal with the claims. This was just painful to deal with. Took them 2 and a half months for the claim to be picked up. In that time I had been mailing them to see what was going on, took them a week and a half to reply in most cases. In the end I received an email basically stating they won't be paying out with all their policy quotes and attached to the email. I am disgusted with cover in a click and the time it took them to deal with the claim.

I have requested a very simple document from my insurance through this broker. More then a week passed and I still did not get the info I need.
When asking costumer service they were making false promise that I will receive it by the evening, but that was not true.
I am still waiting to be acknowledged.

Please be careful using this company. I got insurance off them and they took payment immediately but never sent me my insurance disk. I was 3 weeks chasing them for it and they kept asking for more and more nonsense documents it would take them days to answer me. They eventually told me they couldn’t cover me and they would refund my money but that hasn’t happened yet either and I’m over a week now trying to get them to return a call or an email. This has gone on a month now and I can’t get insurance else where till I get my money back and they have left me off road for a month. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service and incompetence from any company.
