Bespoke & Very Helpful
Was able to request a specific font that I wanted for my gaming mad 10 year old nephew and Covering All Occasions were more than happy to facilitate this and was such as easy and simple process.
Huge thank-you as you've made myself and my nephew very happy with this purchase!

Appalling customer service
Received my item and checked to make sure it wasn't damaged. Put it away until I wrapped it for Christmas and realised the font design was different to what I ordered. Clearly says which font on the receipt. Contacted customer service and they were very quick to respond to say I forgot to add photos. Attached my photos and haven't heard anything since. Appalling customer service

Awful just awful
Awful just awful, bought a customised light up sign, it's usb powered which isn't mentioned, it's got glued (badly) led lights on the rear which stopped working after 1 hour, it looks a bit cheap to be honest, I contacted customer service to be told "we don't do refunds on personalised products"

Please can someone refund my order? I have been waiting now since the beginning of December for an item I ordered my daughter for Christmas. I have been promised that a new item will be sent to me by email and over the phone and I have still received nothing. We are very sorry that you had this experience with us as we know how important a Christmas present is. We dispatched your original order on time but it seems to have gone missing in the Royal Mail system which is strange for RM 24 tracked post. We are taking this up with them. In the mean time we did dispatch a new order after we knew you haven't received the item. The delays are due to us not being open at full capacity over Christmas but we are back up and running as normal now so if you have any further queries please give us a call.

Poor after sakes
I ordered two mirrors and they came promptt which was good but not as expected. I emailed the company twice and did not receive a reply.

Amazing quality
The price of this lettering is extremely low leading me to think it was of poor quality, when my order arrived I was amazed as even the tiny letters were of fabulous quality.
I made a mistake on my order so I contacted customer service and my problem was rectified immediately.
