Wall plaque

Arrived pretty quick well made my only issue that the back plate was quite brittle as I started tightening up the screw the back plate started to crack so I eased off be good product for the money would recommend but be gentle assemble to the wall

Hi there, we are very sorry that you left this review. We do offer 3 sizes to choose from 24cm x 12cm, 30cm x 15cm and 40cm x 20cm. We would recommend that if you have a long street name that you choose either the middle or larger size sign. Absolute cheap rubbish

Dont believe the comment they made below they have not returned my emails after inviting me to contact them to resolve the issue. Rubbish quality. Bought a house number plate under 12 months ago and its mirror plate has pitted and corroded.Started corroding at 6 months old. Also the fixings have gone rusty and are weeping rust onto the face plate. Customer service terrible.I asked for a replacement as its under 12 months old (although it was corroding at under 6 months old) I should have contacted them earlier. They admit to me that I bought the "cheaper version" off ebay so wont replace it. So maybe I should expect this rubbish? Great! Never again!

Poor package

The base of the product came all scratched. If it had a protective cover on like the front cover did it would have been perfect.

Upon receiving your message via Facebook messenger regarding the scratches on the base of your product, we immediately investigated the matter. We understand how frustrating this can be to receive products that does not meet your expectations, especially when it affects your overall satisfaction of our small business.

After reviewing your photo’s, we identified that there may have been a plastic protective cover still on the back and to which would need removing. Although this can sometimes be difficult to identify and find. We have now learned from that and have started applying peel me stickers. We regret any confusion over the matter sincerely.

From our reply, you had stated you will look into this matter and see if the protective film was still in situ. Since we did not receive another message from you, we assumed your problem was resolved.

That being said, if this is not the case we would ask that you reach out to us as we are committed to rectifying the problem and ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your order.
We are here to assist you every step of the way and want to ensure your experience of purchasing from us is nothing short of exceptional.

Extremely poor customer service…

Extremely poor customer service especially when they were the ones that got the order wrong… kept lying to me saying they have sent out a replacement but funny enough never turned up. Dispute many many emails, I have been lied to given a Royal Mail number which is incorrect and now been completely ghosted!! All I want is a replacement item for something THEY have got wrong in the first place.. crappy customer service, take your money then fob you off!!

Upon reviewing your message, we immediately launched an investigation regarding the situation and discovered you were initially sent a LED Backlit Mirror with missing heart design on. Were sorry that happened. To rectify it was decided a new mirror would be sent out immediately. The same day as you informed us, we did in fact send out a replacement mirror.

To which seems to have been lost by our courier Royal Mail. While we strive to ensure smooth and timely deliveries to all our customers, we understand that external factors beyond our control do come into play.

We take full responsibility for any miscommunication or delays in responding to your emails. We deeply regret any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused you. It is never our intention to provide anything less than excellent customer service and we are sorry for falling short of your expectations.

To rectify the issue, we did process a full refund to which we are hoping by now you have received. We have also learned from our error, in improving our processes and communication and now have a customer service manager who works to strive for excellent customer service.

Again, we apologies for your inconvenience and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and giving us the opportunity to address this.

My 3 Grandson's who all play football…

My 3 Grandson's who all play football as they are doing well for their team's l promised l'd buy them something to do with football l bought them one each football T/Shirt with thier Name's and No on, their faces they loved them the lights changing colours just brilliant worth every penny and delivery was within a few days like this company would recommend them from a real reviewer
