Cancelled my order and kept my money
Ordered a house sign in October. Heard nothing for a couple of weeks then received an email saying my order had been cancelled at my request. I replied to the email immediately to say there must have been some mistake - I had not cancelled anything. No response received, no refund received. Have tried contacting them via an alternative email address now. Terrible service.

I bought one from the link it cost £47 including delivery and arrived within 3 days, simple design, with mirrored plastic backing, and comes with fixing screws and brackets, i am very impressed with it and I am writing a review as I type. Only slight question I had to reverse the Name and the Street to get a bigger font, as my house is 'Named' rather than 'numbered', but it still looks great. Now installed on the front pillar, looks great.
