I want to return the order for a full refund within the 14-day window, however, Customer Service doesn't reply with the return address and keeps discouraging me to ask for a full refund. Coverlis' service is amateur and dodgy. Terrible. Please do not buy anything from this shop.
Not the product I ordered. Not great quality. Avoid.
Not only did the company hide that it was in fact drop shipping from China, they took weeks and weeks to deliver a product that I didn’t order. Pink and flimsy, not the beige teddy cover tonprotect my sofa from pets I ordered. 89 euros is a lot of miney for nothing. Return policy is that I have to pay to fix their mistake. Don’t order anything from this ‘firm’. It is a scam.
