The five star is for customer service in ordering and receiving. We have only had a few days of usage so not sure on the wear and tear yet. We will find out due to it getting heavy traffic this school year.

I'm sure they'll do better next time
They were pretty good but they quoted me a price and as far as I understood had shipped the product. A month or so later I hadn't heard anything and emailed them and they hadn't shipped it yet. Also the price went up about $50 for some reason. I hinted at the fact that they were charging me more a month later and that they hadn't shipped the product even though I seemed to have emails indicating otherwise.

The floor cover is really nice
The floor cover is really nice. The sales rep was very helpful. We used it one time so far. Easy to roll out. Rolling back up was more challenging trying to keep it even and from wrinkling. I think the more usage it will lay more flat. Shipping is probably tough but not sure if the covers could have been sent rolled instead of folded. Once again, I think the more usage, it will work itself out.
