This is the worst company I have ever…

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I specifically ordered a cream colour sofa colour and received peach coloured covers. This colour received was nothing like the cover ordered. I immediately took photos of the incorrect delivery and contacted this company and I received an email stating they would send the correct colour in broken English. Still after 3 weeks of daily/ weekly emails I have not received a refund or a replacement order.

Avoid this company at all costs. This is a fraudulent business with no customer service whatsoever.

I have ordered €139 of product from…

I have ordered €139 of product from them. Had 1 email confirming and have heard nothing since (email dated 30th Nov 2022. Maybe I'm impatient. Looking at previous reviews I don't think this is going to have good outcome.

Cheap

Cheap, see through material. Embarrassed at what I paid and annoyed i missed the return date. ( though looks like they don't do returns anyways!). Overpriced tat.

Don't order from this company, but if you do and want a refund don't give up!

As with most other reviewers, the covers didn't fit, despite measuring correctly. I upgraded to the next size up, and still they didn't fit. The sofas in question are 2-seater IKEA KARLANDA sofas. I sent photographic evidence although now I think they ask that to seem credible. We then embarked on a drawn out process where I requested a refund. Various offers were made from their side, which I declined, until they eventually agreed to a refund minus a relatively small amount. What's incredible is that they had no interest in having the covers returned (there were 4 of them!). There then followed weeks of emailing from my side and a variety of responses from them. But eventually I was refunded the agreed amount. So my advice to other dissastified customers is Don't Give Up! Just keep contacting them on a regular basis, until they finally run out of excuses and realise that you're not going to go away until you get your money back!

One last remark - afterwards I discovered comfortly.com and what a contrast! Affordable replacement covers that fit exactly and excellent customer service.

Disgraceful Trading

I echo what other reviewers have said!
Material flimsy, see through, didn't fit (despite measuring according to company size guide) & tie pulling off when trying one of the covers on.
I contacted the company requesting a return address & refund. I was told to take photographic evidence, which was promptly done, but six weeks later, I'm still no closer to getting my money back.
The support team contacted me last week to inform me the matter had been forwarded to their Head Office. Seems to be a case of delaying tactics!
Very annoyed & would advise any consumer looking for sofa covers to avoid this company.

I bought 2 covers for my sofas they did not fit and the quality is rubbish when I asked about returning them within the 14 day time period I was offered 35% refund & 70% off my next purchase and that I could give the covers away as a present or donate them what kind of customer service is it try to claim my money back through paypal no joy and the company will now not respond so lost all of my money these covers are made in china not the UK please do not by from them they are a con

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!

Products do not fit, refusing to send a refund despite website saying 14 day refund policy. My elderly grandma didn’t check trust pilot before purchasing :-(

Don't Bother!

Delivery was quick, i bought a 2 seater and 3 seater cover. However they do not fit and after sitting on the sofas the polystyrene tubes they provide constantly fall out and the covers move. As a very temporary solution until we get our new sofas in January they will have to do. I would not recommend them to anyone

Buyer Beware! A massive con!!

Wow!! Buyer beware with this company! Should have read the trust pilot reviews before we bought. If it looks too good to be true that’s because it normally is...

Oh and if they don’t like your comments on their Facebook page they delete them and block you from making further comments. That will be why they have no negative feedback then...

Same issues as most people on here. It doesn’t fit, looks awful and the material is so thin that you can see the pattern of our sofa through it. In the process of trying to get my money back, currently been offered a 35% refund! Insult!! Don’t use this company, avoid them at all cost!! As other said we assumed it was a UK company but they ship from China which I have no issue with as such but I have an issue with people taking my money for a product that is basically not fit for purpose. Will maybe have to put this down to experience sadly but will try my best to get more of MY money back!!

Completely awful

Mistake of the month trying this outfit. It took three weeks for the goods to arrive from (as the tracker revealed) somewhere in China. Bad start. Opened the outer packing, noted that the garish colour was nothing like the advertised cream.
Contacted them by email. Response #1:send them a photo. Did this and got offer #2, keep the goods and have a half refund, And so on and on, eventually settling for losing £6.99 once I twigged sending stuff back would need recorded delivery. Only good news: the part refund was prompt. These guys are desperate not to have their junk on their hands, My dustmen are more receptive with luck.

Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money on here. They aren't a UK based company despite what it looks like but rather ship items from China and resell them at a higher price when the same item could be found on other retailers for much cheaper. They also pretty much don't allow returns so if after waiting 3+ weeks you are not happy with the product good luck returning it because they charge not only for postage for returns but also a £7 fee and won't accept a package you've opened 👎🏻

Think I've been had!

Think I've been had!
Ordered 2 seater cover and 3 seater cover. 2 seater is cheap fabric and didnt fit (even though should have been bigger than my sofa) and 3 seater they have sent me 10 cusion covers! No paperwork sent.
Have e-mailed them 5 times, no one has got back to me and no phone number available. £85 down and had to buy throws instead. Gutted!

Product is inferior quality and…

Product is inferior quality and different to what is reflect on website. Process for return-
they start with negotiation to keep the product and take refund upto 50%. In case you say no then you are charged with handling charges, no refund of shipping fees and you need to pay for return shipping postage aswell.
Everything I can digest but why handling charges ?
Please read long long terms and condition before you buy.

Fraud.

What I believe is happening is that the company are charging customers for their "unique" and "sustainable" "products", buying cheap sofa covers online from China, having them shipped directly to their customers, and pocketing the difference. This is fraud.

Do a Google image search on any of their sofa covers and you will find them on various other websites - for example, you will find their very "unique" Gio Square Sofa Cover on Aliexpress for less money. Funny.

Despite the lovely orange it looked on the website, our Abby Orange sofa cover is so bright that a cyclist could wear it at night to avoid being hit by traffic.

If you buy one of their sofa covers and wish to return it, they will keep a £6.99 "handling fee" (which is rather ironic, as I highly doubt any handling has been done by them), and you will have to pay to ship your product back to China, despite the company's strong assertions that they are based in Leicester.

They agreed to issue me a refund on 21st July, and I have still not received it. They claim that their "refunds team" has been handling it (not sure what it says about the company that they have to have a whole team of people just to manage refunds). I am not sure if I am even going to get my money back.

Don't make the same mistake as the rest of us. And if you really have to chance it, pay through PayPal! At least through their Resolution Centre they can force the company to give you a refund if you haven't received what you ordered, and based on my other experiences, can also enforce them to accept you returning it to their UK address.

Mediocre service and quality

I can see why they have so many poor reviews. They are clearly (after some research) a Chinese company masquerading as a UK based company - considering how long it took for my covers to arrive. The material was nice enough but the stitching quite poor and easily broken if not enough care is taken. My rating is based on the long delivery time (3 weeks after the email saying it was on the way + tracking number it arrived); the quality and the lack of transparency on the website. At least I know to do my research in future.

The product was nothing but cheep and…

The product was nothing but cheep and not fit for purpose. We tried every way possible to make it fit my 2 seater sofa . It's was nothing like on the advert . Totally disappointed. When i returned it they had the cheek to keep £6 99 , as a handeling fee .
My belief is the product is so useless that every one who returns it loses £6 99. Plus original shipping fee , I lost £ 10 43 . So the company is ripping people of & making a profit on the returns which I imagin is all the orders . my advice Don't go near this product and the company are just ripping people of ..oh the 1 star was a mistake by the way 0 stars would be my choice .

I have to say I placed my order for 3…

I have to say I placed my order for 3 sofa covers without ready any reviews. I received a text about a week ago informing me that my order had been shipped and a ref number to track my delivery, it kept saying number not recognised so read some reviews which were awful and I was very worried. So I emailed covermysofa, had a reply within 24hours, received my covers today and they are absolutely lovely andreally good quality. So I am glad I didn't read the reviews beforehand otherwise I would have missed out on really good value for money products.
