first, testkit arrived on day 2. had i missed the post, i'd have to be in isolation for longer

then their wesbite is broken. Spent 2h trying to submit a photo of the test and all sorts of information, including a photo of the passport. This one just wouldn't work. Called them and someone insisted I had to try restart the browser. Eventually I got tired and thought of getting a new test. An hour after tried again and landed on a completely different page where all I had to do was submit a phot of the test with the passport next to it. This now went smoothly. So basically they knew the website was broken when I called.

Whereas I thought it was just poor service, it turns out it's stright disnesty and lies.

No, I used the correct URL as per instructions on the leaflet. In fact, I first did type it wrong but (and I just checked) it just shows an error. Whatever webpage I was in, it accepted the test code and asked me for lots of personal data.

But, out of curiosity, how do you even know I was using a different one if it's a different company?

Liars.

Thank you for your review. Government rules mandate that we have to dispatch tests on the day that you arrive in the UK. This is a regulation set forth by the U.K. government to prevent abuse of the system. Your test was dispatched in line with our legal requirements.

Having looked into your case we believe that you were mistakenly using the wrong website. Our validation is done via the website listed on the information leaflet TestsForTravel.com. Your initial registration attempt was with TestForTravel which is a website run by a different company, as such your registration was not progressing. This became apparent when you spoke to the 24 hour helpline.

Once the test results were submitted via the correct website TestsForTravel.com your results certificate was available within a matter of minutes.

Thank you for your feedback, we will make this clearer or our website and ensure that our FAQs are updated so that other customers do not experience similar issues. We do also include a QR code on our leaflets which is guaranteed to bring customers to the correct website.

The tests were at the hotel before me. I used the lateral flow per entry regulations. I cleared. I submitted the PCR for exit, self-tested, posted and within a day and a half had the results, which then thereby permits me to fly. This group has done well with its products and services. The worst experience that I ever had.

The worst experience that I ever had.
I ordered the test for Day 2 and 8
Plus 5th day. I didn't get the tests and I called them, they said that they already said the package to me and if I want them to send it again I have to pay again. Of course I order them but from other company.

So today a month later I did receive my tests. That's unbelievable.
I strongly don't recommend this company.

We do feel it is important that customers are free to express their opinions of a service, but it is equally important that any comments are reflective of the situation.

The review above is misleading, as your order was tracked as being delivered the very next day by Royal Mail, however you informed us that you could not locate it. Following a phone call with one of our team we advised that contact with Royal Mail would need to be made, in order to seek a resolution to the situation.

We are reliant on third party providers to deliver our kits and therefore certain situations will arise that are beyond our control, but we will always try to assist where we are able. Replacement products have been provided where the need has arisen, but thankfully this is rarely required as our deliveries are tracked.

Excellent service from Covidfly

Excellent service from the Covidfly team from start to finish – thanks! They are very quick to reply to email enquiries, and the kits were delievered on time as agreed. Unfortunately, the lab which processes the PCR tests (note, this is a separate entity to Covidfly) didn't send me my results in the stated time frame, but a quick email to Covidfly immediately saw this issue rectified. So, overall a 5* service from Covidfly, who I would definitely use again.

Solid service at a fair price

Ordered the tests the night before we flew while filling out gov PLF form. The website was clear on the price of tests (£69 and £135) and that’s what we paid.
From other reviews I was worried I had left it late, but kit arrived the day after we landed - barely a day and a half after order. The kits were complete, registering them was straightforward, the instructions were clear enough, getting to a ‘priority postbox’ to send was easy. Had to email Covidfly to register my son’s kit (couldn’t set him up on the website as he’s under 18), but this was explained in the pack and easy to do as their contact form is well laid out.
Results mostly came the afternoon/evening the day after we sent the box. The slowest came the morning after that.
Five stars because they did exactly what they said they’d do at the price point advertised. After seeing sites flagrantly lie about price, and hearing horror stories about other providers, I appreciate their efficiency and professional. YMMV, but I intend to use them again next time I fly.

Timelines not met, good response on email

We gave our day 2 sample on Sunday, it is Thursday today and we are yet to receive the result. Understand there was a bank holiday, but we should have received the result in committed timeline of 36 hours, which we have calculated excusing any delay caused due to the bank holiday.
We request for timely sharing of test to release report now.

Misleading pricing

Fantastic service from start to finish

Fantastic service from start to finish. I was quite daunted by the whole process but Covidfly made everything really straight forward for us. Any questions we had were confidently answered which reassured us all and the test process was efficient and done within the necessary time frames. If I need anymore tests I would only use covidfly and I would recommend them to anyone else.

Good service

Took the day 2 test & results via email less than 2 days later. One downside the actual swab was really big & thick. Made taking test even more unpleasant. My daughter really struggled so I think the swab needs to be much sleeker. I can imagine young children really struggling with the swab
Good service just won’t be travelling until the price of tests reduces. Cost me £150 for 2 tests very expensive added to cost of trip.
