Quick shipping process. Decent product to add to my Swiss cheese layer of protection. I don’t feel comfortable using this spray alone but I will use it for travel in addition to masks and nasal rinses... See more

About Covixyl

Written by the company

The Future of Virus Protection is Here.

Covixyl is a new, patented protective nasal spray that uses ELAH (ethyl lauroyl arginine HCl) to help block airborne viruses. The nose is the primary entry point to the body for respiratory viruses, and Covixyl's ultra-fine mist creates a physical barrier in the nose that prevents viruses from attaching and replicating in the nasal cells.

The convenient pump-action bottle evenly coats the inside of your nose for up to 6 hours. Great for people on the go and every day use. Children under 12 and pregnant women should consult a doctor, but Covixyl is allergy free and has no side effects, as it is not a drug.

Convenient

It was convenient to buy online in a pack of 3. But one thing that bothered me is that a few days after I ordered, I got an email with a better discount after I had already ordered it

mix-up corrected immediately

There was a mix-up in my order of 6 nasal sprays and I only received one but when I contacted customer support they instantly corrected the mistake and apologized for the mix-up. I use Covixyl daily and so far I have stayed COVID-free despite the recent surge in cases, knock wood.

We love Covixyl

We love Covixyl. I gave this five stars because when our recent order arrived we discovered that though we paid for six bottles, only one was sent. I expected a long drawn-out back and forth about this. But to my surprise, after asking for photos of the package, a quick and sincere apology came and, six or seven days later, the entire order of six bottles. Easy-peasy! Very grown up and mature! Great customer service.

I ordered 2 bottles only received 1

I ordered 2 bottles of Covixyl for an upcoming trip. I wanted to make sure I got the order in time, so I placed my order 15 days before my trip. I was happily surprised when the order was delivered in 6 days.
Unfortunately that is where the good part ends. Instead of receiving the 2 bottles that I ordered, there was only one in the package. Right away I went to contact the company about the problem. I found that there is no way of contacting the company via phone, they only use email. So I sent the email using the button on the company website. That was 3 days ago. Since that time, I sent another email using the link from the delivery confirmation email, and another using the same email address directly from my email program. I still have heard nothing. This makes me question whether the review referencing "excellent customer service" was even real.
