Ordering was easy. Updates on delivery were really helpful. Delivery arrived on time. Alerts regarding the delivery having arrived were helpful as well. It was hard to tell on the website which kind of coffee I was buying. They all seemed lumped together (i.e. Light/Medium/Dark Roast). You have to really pay attention to make sure you got the right one. Love this place! Love this product!!!!!!!
