Low quality garbage

Terrible company. What they advertise IS NOT what you receive. Products look high end but they are 100% Temu quality. Do not fall for this scam of a company. If I could get my money back, I would.

I ordered a sweater from there paid…

I ordered a sweater from there paid more for expedited. Shipping still took over three weeks to get to me and the quality of the sweater was trash and look nothing like the picture they would only give me a coupon to get scammed again. Do not buy from this company.

Avoid CowboyHood at all costs.
This company is a scam. The “knitted sweater” I ordered was actually a cheap printed hoodie that looked absolutely nothing like the ad. The photos on the website are completely deceptive and do not represent the product at all.
When I reached out about the problem, CowboyHood refused a proper refund, told me to ship it back to China at my cost, and tried to give me a tiny coupon instead. It’s clear from other reviews that this is a pattern.
Avoid CowboyHood at all costs.

The images on the site are misleading, and manufacturer will not make things right…

The images on the site are misleading and seem AI enhanced, since they imply some 3 dimensionality. The material is only printed, only on the front and not darkly enough to make the illusion work. The material is not soft, nor heavy enough. The hoody itself is oddly shaped.

Follow up: The manufacturer responded to the review offering refund to make this right. Upon actually contacting the manufacturer over the course of 3 weeks they demanded the product be shipped back to China and offered 20% discount on some other item in the store. Upon querying the promise to make this right, they claimed that there were no other options for their procedure. Their offer to make this right was clearly insincere. There is no restitution. They clearly have a policy of offering misleading information and then lying about their customer service obligations. I do not recommend using them and these are extremely shady business practices.

I ordered a knitted chunky sweater and…

I ordered a knitted chunky sweater and couldn't wait to get it. It arrived and UGH!!! What I got was a CHEAP tunic with graphic skull imprint!! Ridiculous! Why do the Chinese get to false advertise all the damn time with their cheap ass products but yet display something completely different. And because overseas to ship, cheaper to keep it than send it back. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS BOGUS WEBSITE!!!

Terrible customer service / they don’t follow their return policy

What a scam! Liars. They say on the website that they have a 30 day return policy but they don’t want you to return. I ordered a Halloween costume only because the website said it will arrive before Halloween. I ordered way in advance and it took them 3 weeks to only process the order so of course it was LATE. Then it was a nightmare back and forth email exchange where they told me they will give me 20% don’t if I just keep item and not return it for refund. That said I would have to pay for shipping. I told them I’m fine with that and demanded a return address and I never got it! They don’t follow the return policy! I will never be buying anything from them.

This is a scam!!!!
What you see is not what you’re going to get!!!
I purchased what I thought would be a knitted sweater and received a cheap polyester material with a print on it!!! LOL
You can clearly see a knitted sweater on the model with the actual fuzziness of the sweater in their pictures on their website but you WILL NOT get what you pay for.
The support email that they offer on the website doesn’t even exist and the company is out of China. You have 30 days to return their cheap product but shipping itself takes three weeks. Since you have to pay for the shipping, it’s not even worth it.
A 100% scam!
This company is also owned and operated by FIOBOC CLOTHING, so beware of what they are advertising on their website too!
